Mamelodi Hospital-ER

As we are speaking on this minutes we called the Hospital. The first sister that answered a phone she was rude. My husband brought his brother to the hospital and was hallucinations n he got an injection. Now he is trying to kill himself.the sister said that we can't bring him back!

Worst hospital I have ever visited, only one Dr on duty every time, one ends up taking their loved ones to private Dr's. We waited for 8 hours and left without seeing a Dr. The nurses are useless, they just walk around

I took my aunt to casualty and we received great service, thank you doctor Mabena and the sister that I just don't remember her name

Expect a whole day of queuing. The earlier you are here, the faster you are helped. With an issued card and appointment it take 1-2 hours to receive your file. Appointments are not scheduled according to times, but dates.
Some departments can only accommodate out-patients in the mornings and on certain days.
After seeing a healthcare professional, expect to wait another 1-2 hours at the dispensary.
Recommend the doctor double-checking your prescription and then double checking the amount provided at the dispensary as well.
Take own sanitation products as the hospital does not provide disinfectant to outpatients.

Like any other state hospital, it takes time, but at the end its worth the wait.
The Doctors and nurses are professional and friendly.

Update the hospital contact details on the website. Need to consult regarding a dead patient. Useless feedback till date.

Just want to thank mamelodi hospital for the good service. My daughter is in the materniy ward now. Well organise and clean. The security at the door of ward can use some manners but all and all very pleased. Thank you

The worst hospital I know. I never got ant good service there. Even now as I'm typing here my partner is there and I don't know what to expect because he's not getting any good treatment.

I want to thank everyone in the emergency department for their professional services and friendlyness. The same at the mortuary department, thank you for your kindness and help with everything we will always be thankfull to you all. Even the security guards at the gate were all professional.

Poor they book you for c-section then you will stuck the for days, they dont treat patiant well. We arrived around 13 pm we waited until in the morning no doctor who attended us. I hate this hospital

I had a smashed wrist. It meant surgery.
Wow! It was amazing. Everyone treated you like family and its only their best!

The service it's poor and some doctors are rude. The left an object inside of my stomach while operating me and even now they didn't compensate me for the damaged caused. The complaint office keep saying they are investigating its being 2 years now. What a horrible hospital.
