I have to commend them on their exceptional service. Placed an order for a washing machine on Saturday. On Monday I enquired about delivery times and was told 5 - 7 working days. I was sent a pic of the waybill on Monday afternoon. Wednesday midday it arrived, in Cape Town! Well done Adnaan, and the courier service!

I bought a washing machine from Masons online. The process was seamless. My purchase was confirmed with delivery date set. Communication was via email and WhatsApp. I thanked Masons and said we are excited because we have been struggling without a machine for a while. Masons changed their delivery schedule to get the machine to us sooner! That is as good as service get. Thank you Masons.
