McDonald's Braamfontein

Got the food delivered, however the food was cold and half the order was wrong.

Was to late to get it changed, so didn’t enjoy the meal.

It's a nice, busy place in the heart of Braamfontein. Mostly it's always filled up with students of different college's around. U will find out young chap's of different cultures, countries too. The foods are as usually The McDonald's.

The first time I visited Macdonald's Braamfontein, my food was late, my tea had no sugar. The second time I went the service was better, but one lady (I didn't get her name, was rude to me when I tried to use the bathroom, she yelled at me for trying to use the bathroom at the bottom instead of showing me to the customer bathroom (cause I didn't know which bathroom to use).
The atmosphere was alright the second time around and my food came in time and exactly how I ordered it. I'm giving service 2 stars cause of the rude employee.

Says it's open 24 hours on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays, however when I get there on a Thursday morning at 6: 20 it's all locked up and no employees on site

Quiet and comfortable place with great service. I enjoyed my breakfast there and surely enjoyed my coffee stops on late Monday mornings

The food was very nice. The only issue would be that my coke had no paper cover to prevent spillage (not the plastic lid) but overall perfect

They have gotten greedy with their fries. This is my 2nd time ordering and getting a box of fries squeezed flat and not even filled to the top. Why so stingy?

Very clean restaurant and beautiful ambiance. Every time I go there, I do not wait too long to get my orders.

Fast service, covid-19 protocol observed with caution. One of the cleaned and have the mos friendly stuff that is easy to talk to

Great restaurant with a good view. Problem is that the location it is in is very busy so it becomes difficult to find parking.

Clean and good customer service. Some nice views of Johannesburg if you're sitting at the 1st floor

Very beautiful restaurant, food is great their coffee wow amazing and it's clean too so it's an awesome place for you to enjoy with friends or family

I always receive good service from Nomonde Dube, the lady is a star who deserves a giant pack on the back. Kudos to her!

Very friendly employees who work hard and quick with regards to preparing food. Always there to assist and ensure you get everything you need

Their employees are very friendly and they managed to get my order right plus the food was nice.

I am not happy because of the time limitation
I was only allowed to sit for 45 minutes so I had to do everything in a hurry

Good morning, I was at this establishment yesterday around 7pm (date 23/05/2021)

We bought takeaway with my girlfriend then she needed to use to toilet one lady aproched her and told her the toilet is not working, I was surprised in the manner in which she spoke to her, then I simply asked for the manager who took about 15 minutes to be available but I understand maybe she was busy with something. When I told her about our situation she just said they say it's not working, then wen I took out my phone to record the conversation she then realized this might go too far. Thus when I asked where does your stuff go wen they need to use the toilet. She then said let me take u upstairs.

The manager then called me to give me my order, I did not check it coz I wanted to be out of that place but when I got to the car. I realized they did not give me my full order, but when I went back to rectify it they realized they made a mistake and corrected it.
But it's clear from the look of things they only wanted to get rid of us.

I suggest a proper customer service in this establishment, Queen was the manager, her team is letting her down.

Edited review: just today 7/06/21 l went to Mcdonald's l ordered mcfeast takeaway only to find a Cajun chicken in my bag. I am very disappointed. I lost my money. I am definitely not going to buy there again

Had a great time, there's this guy who was so friendly to me and my friends he works there unfortunately didn't his name. He really had good hospitality

Was shocked to be received by the door with a lady telling me about all the promos you guys have on the app. I know it might sound small but most McDs don't care about guests they just want one to buy and go.
