McDonald's Craighall Park

The toilets were closed apparently there was no running water for two days because Joburg Water was busy with water pipes on Jan Smuts Avenue

Place clean, safe& secure loved the place and the service from the restaurant was amazing would recommend such places for a family time or if you want to just chill and enjoy the place that's why they deserve the 5star

I asked for a Vanilla iced coffee and there was wayyy too much vanilla essence and sugar and I only tasted it when I got home so I had to add more coffee and fix the taste myself. I also ordered a chocolate chip muffin and I got a blueberry muffin which I only noticed once I got home.

Have no mustard. Didn't tell me. Took it back. First they said ok, then no mustard, then that they haven't had mustard for 3 months. Could have told me before ordering? Great communications McDonald's

The payment window at the drive thru had both the window and security gate closed. We proceeded to the open collection window where we were told by a very rude manager that we had to go back on foot to the previous window to pay. After waiting over 20mins in the drive-thru this was really upsetting, due to the queue behind us we decided to just leave. Many other people in the queue had also missed the window. Absolute shambles!

The opening times of this place is terrible. No staff willing to assist during opening hours.

Nice environment, good food, unfortunately I have had a completely wrong order after trying to talk to the first window for about 4 minutes on a small order.

Other times my order was correct but that first window's intercom is really horrible and unclear.

I mistakenly rated 4 without knowledge, well I'd rate this place 0 because they have terrible service and they were very slow, inactive, I ordered using drive through and had to get inside to get my order because they were taking so long and it took even longer when I got inside mind you there were no customers who were buying from the counter. So you really need to make changes to your staff

Ordered a junior burger cor a snack, waited about 10mins for it and they were not busy.then a lady puts it on the counter calls out the number and walks away.no "hi sir, here is your meal. Thank you have a good evening. " rude as hell. Then the burger looks like the attached pictures.zero care put into it.this was 14 Oct. Far below average experience!

My experience at this McDonald's branch was very welcoming and pleasing. Fast service and very pleasing employees that aided with the self service order screens.

The service was terrible. After an hour of waiting for our food, the guy at the counter refused to give us our food.

What a lovely beauty salon. Do yourself a favour and have your hair down by Almi!
I also had a gel manicure, the products they use are excellent and the nail technician is very professional. I was blown away by the friendly staff and owners.

The OJ I got was literally just water with slight yellow colouring. I love Mc Donald's orange juice so that was a big let down for me even though everything else I got was alright

Bad service from the lady taking the orders at McDonalds Craighall. Was absolutely rude in response when I asked for a kids meal with a toy and Milkshake. Told me "No, no, No - you cant have that" instead of listening carefully to my request to have the milkshake with the happy meal.

Can't complain about the food but the service was beyond lacking. The attendant servicing the drive through didn't speak, she grunted. We felt like our presence offended her and that we should apologize for ordering from her. Clearly customer service is not for everyone.

Why does my meat taste 3 weeks old and there's never sauce on my burgers, I hope this place burns down tbh lol

Waited approximately 30min in the drive through. This gave the impression that there was one staff member operating the entire drive through. Hopefully this issue will resolved soon.

Staff was patient for Christmas eve. Though you could see they were a but overwhelmed with the many orders coming through.

The best Mc'chicken I have ever had.and this was on Christmas!

So Santa came in the form of this very delicious meal I had. Pity I don't have a pic to show

Watched a manager spit in my ice cream cone and hand it to me on Christmas. Didn't even do anything to the staff except greet them is that all it takes?
