McDonald's Hamilton

I have ordered food since 19: 26pm, it's almost 20: 00pm now. People who ordered after me got their orders. And I'm still waiting. It's not even a busy night. Went to the counter to ask about my order but got no help

If I could give a zero rating I would, I waited 30 minutes for my food, I used the drive through. Nxaaaaaaa

This McDonald's has a nice atmosphere for a date. Had a few successful ones myself.

I guess it's also good for business meetings because I often see people busy on their laptops.

Families often come here. So, it's very good in my ow opinion.

No HYGIENE there at all. THEY PICK UP YOUR CHIPS WITH THEIR HANDS THAT HAS NO GLOVES ON. DISGUISTING

Terrible drive through service, the first time a burger I ordered was not in my package, second time I was charged for things and then told there is no stock, when I asked for a refund all of a sudden there was stock. Now the third time they gave me a burger short and when asked they said it wasn't on the slip, when I showed them the item on the slip I was told to park and wait for my burger which took another 20mins!

Waited for +_20 minutes at the counter without any service at all, staff is just so unprofessional

The meal came in quicker than i had expected plus it was warm and surprisingly delicious for a McD.

1st in line. 25min later, a simple order of a burger and fries hasnt been processed. "System" being down is the excuse. Other orders from MrD are coming out easily. Staff has no time to explain no reasure.

They usually take their own sweet time to open the drive thru in the morning. Even after opening you'll find that they are not prepared.

Breakfast drive through service was terrible. Extremely slow and time wasting for a drive through. Furthermore pastries served was not fresh but cold and old. Won't use this one ever again

Waited 25 mins for our order only to be told the machine is broken and told head office will refund the money back on Monday

We went there on Thursday 16 September, just after 8.30pm. Wanted yo go to order but the lady moping the floor asked us to use the machine to order. Now because we don't often use that machine to order, she was very rude and answering my husband abruptly.

The Manager on duty, i will never forget her rude and arrogance behavior when we were having a meeting, she chased us out, while in the middle of the meeting. The intentions was to oder meals after a meeting closure.

Very slow service and no assistance given no information on how u order for yrself its pathetic regretting why l had to go and order there pathetic service

After getting an order I asked the waitress a question about which is which as there were different meals. She gave me the worst attitude and from there on went to her colleague and make terrible remarks. I was just so shocked

Was on a drive thru and was told to wait. Just for chips. And waited 30minutes when i went to complain i found them inside unattended and was told they where thinking of bringing them. I wont buy again no customer. I love my hartebees branch their always on point

I really appreciate the Fact that we don't have to Make a Large queue just to place the Order. It's really nicer now with the Machines and the Waiting time is okay.

McDonald's food is forever on a A+ but their service at this McDonald's needs to improve a little, they can be very slow at times.

Served a drink without cubes. On request, the staff member was rude. My meal is unpleasant, worse, I do not like my beverage without cubes. Apparently, there are no cubes instore, but shouldn't that be broadcasted? I don't think I'll buy from here in future
