I don't understand why, when you have started making an order in the self-service machine, at 10h30, the breakfast order cuts off and doesn't allow you to continue. Surely if you already started with your order, it should let you finish even when the breakfast time cuts off!

Me and my husband was walking into McDonalds at round about 11: 00 ish on Wednesdag 30/03/2022 the reason I give you the exact time is that you check the cameras please. NWABISA was standing behind the one counter doing nothing and SIVENATHI was standing in front where the customers should be standing at the other counter playing on her phone. We were the only cusomers at the counters. When we walked to NWABISA she said we must pay at the other counter for some unbeknown reason. Well the other counter had no one behind the counter and only SIVENATHI KANYE in front of the counter playing on her phone during working hours in the shop front on the floor where the customers are. Not helping us, or wanting to help us. NWABISA came out from behind her counter and I saw this hugely overwaight person with the most tightest mini skirt on, the fat is climbing out on top and underneath the skirt, it looks like she is working on a street corner somewhere, but infact she is emplyed by McDonalds and I hope this is not their dress code, because I am feeling "naar" all of a sudden. She came and stand in front of us, taking SIVENATHI's phone and played with it. My husband ask her if we can pay and she said we must call someone, he said ok, please call your manager, she looked him in the eye and walked off in the opposite direction. The manager ALAKHE came out and we explained to her and she said she is sorry, I said is this all you are going to do about this and she said I am sorry, I said well then I will have to put this on social media. Then she said she will cc me into a email because this is not how McDonalds customers should be treated, I am still waiting for the mail. SiVENATHI you should work in the background where you dont work with the public, you cleary have bigger issues than yourself, and that already is big enough. You should wash dishes or fold serviets. You are a disgrace for McDonalds, it doent help the shop looks nice inside and out but you are there. Please let her go and work for KFC she will fit right in. I want a personal appology from her, let me know when she is ready to appologise for her bad behaviour.

Mc Donald’s Jabulani mall service is joke worst service ever we waited for more than 30 minutes to pay for our meal it was a nightmare more than an hour wuuuu aiiii no more

Guys the McDonalds Plumbstead needs attention! The queues there are ALWAYS very long. Some times it takes 40 minutes to get your food in the drive through. Open a 2nd service lane or something. We have to go to other restuarants because McDs are always traffic jammed. And forget about Mr Delivery. Those guys have to wait so long, you will get your food by tomorrow. Speed up the service. PLEASE!

Visited Macdonald at Jackel Creek we ordered to sit in on the 24th of October 2021. They forgot the order No sorry at all for the delay instead employees argues in front of us on who faults was it. Our order number was 3491. They had no customer care at all no appollogy. Very Bad service.

Order was not packed correctly they did not include my apple and chocolate pies. Very unhappy tried calling Mc Donald's Cresta and the phone just rang.

Don't care about customer service. Tired of the generic messages and when they do call you they never follow through. Just lip service. It's pointless complaining they can't be bothered to do any follow-up.

Jean Crossing disgusting food and service ever. NEVER get what you order and food is always cold.
Just been there, but this was the last time. I took a picture of what was suppose to be a quarterpounder de lux, and then gave it to my dog.
I took up with them 2 x before. This time I did not even bother because nothing will ever change.

Mcdonalds in lambton is the most useless ever, i placed an order on the app and my order got accepted, only to be called a few minutes later to get told that i should pay with a card and not cash or my order gets cancelled. I then told them to cancel my order as no one is going to tell me how i should pay. So i placed an order on mr d for at the same mcdonalds got my food and i paid cash. So my question is if they are not "allowed" to accept cash, why can customers still pay cash on mr d or when they go into mcdonalds? What makes their app so special that they dont want to accept cash. This is the last time that i will ever order from that mc donalds such a useless place

I place an order online. After 4 hours I phoned to find out when my order will be delivered. I was informed that the online ordering service does not work anymore, although I did receive a confirmation email. When I phoned customer service I was cut off after 25min. I still did not receive my order neither did they refund me

To whom it may concern

I am highly disgusted with service I received from McDonald's Springs on the 5th of September 2020. After placing a delivery order at 17: 41, was advised that my order would be arrive between 19: 15 & 19: 30. Not happy with the delivery time we decided to snack while we wait.

Due to my delivery not arriving on time, I decided to call the restaurants in my area. This is when I realised that the telephones were not working at McDonald's Springs. This is when I contacted McDonald's Springs Mall. I spoke to a pleasant lady that ad used me sshe would try and contact someone at the Springs branch for me. After 15 minutes with no comunication, I decided to drive to McDonald's Springs, to collect my own food.

Upon arrival at the restaurant we found the doors to be shut, and was informed that they were closed. Behind me was a queue of vehicles with disgruntled occupants, agreeing with the terrible service. Eventually the gentleman at the door said I must look for the manager outside and that her name is Mpho. After finding her we were escourted into the store and was advised that she would personally prepare our order. After another 8 minutes my order was in my hands.

We then enquired how I would be reimbersed for my travel cost incurred to collect my own food. This is when we were informed that we would get the total invoice refunded. We were also informed that Mpho would contact the accounts department on Monday (7th September) and inform me of any developments. After calling Mpho on Monday myself, I was informed that she has given the request to the accounts department and is awaiting feedback.

After waiting a few days to see what transpires, to my dismay, my account was debited with the exact amount that was supposed to be refunded.

Bottom line is that McDonald's is incompetent. Simple tasks cannot be followed. Every time I have to make a phone call or send a mail or drive in my car. It is always my time that is consumed, when in actual fact, I am not on Mcdonalds payroll. I have now spent more money than just a meal or just a service.

This is unacceptable. I will also have to now follow up on my refund. I would like to speak to a person with authority, as Mpho cannot solve my situation? Bottom line is I would like to be reimbursed for McDonald's incompetence?

They price on the drive tru is MISLEADING AND FALSE.it say R39 for a big mac meal (I ordered 5 meals). But when u pay it is R5 more per meal. Speak to the manager and he smile and tell me it dont matter what the price say outside the price on the till is what I must pay. Where is customer service and care. So they can advertise one thing and charge you way more and. Unfair? Not according to the store manager in Bellville Durban Rd. (. Store 224.) nit sure if this store number is correct.
If no one contact me on this I will put a complaint in at consumer care.

But please guys can your branches country wide turn down the blaring music in your stores, the music is so loud that the person taking orders gets it wrong. Relaxing, calming music puts people in a better frame of mind, probably prone to spending more, from a business perspective when people have been sitting in traffic madness and they get to a M CD's with blaring music and their order is wrong, then it is not good for the customer, the attendant and business

I hate those electronic self service devices. I have tried to ignore this feeling and just use them, but i do not find them intuitive, and they take away a person's job. Using one makes my blood boil.
So my family and i are done with McDonalds. Many other, better, less aggravating choices.

Good day, When I had a rough day at work and I am not in the mood to cook, I like to get something quick and effortless to feed my 4 hungry children at home. I like to be greeted by friendly staff, I like to look at the boards displaying the menu. I like to place my order with a person while asking them how their day was. I am sure that you feel you had a breakthrough with your electronic, self help ordering systems but, It is not user friendly. In fact, it takes away the whole experience of placing a order and asking questions relating to the specials and ingredients. While the much younger generation seem to love this way of ordering you have not catered for the middle aged and elderly people who still believe in human interaction. I know that I am just one person, one opinion, but you have lost me as a customer. Have a great day.

The outlet on Great North Rd in Benoni is fast asleep. We ordered burgers and coffee and waited very long for it. Maybe they should change to their ads to slow food, not fast food. When I wanted to complain about the service the staff behind the counter ignored me.

Ordered on uber eats got the complete wrong order and between uber, eats and mac ds nobody is, takong responsibly for this big mess i am furious your customers complaints does nt even reply pathetic!

Placed an order online at 11: 03 it arrived at 12: 23 which is ok but there was a missing burger. I called Rivonia Mc Donalds and they said the driver will deliver in 10-15minutes, only received the burger at 13: 49 and it was cold as one would imagine.

Such poor service from McDonald's Pritchard street cbd went there to buy food at 2: 30 in the morning was told not to come in as they had closed isnt McDonald's 24hrs, such a waste such companies should close down
