I can't even have the words to express the amazing service they deliver. Yesterday as I entered to order one of my favorite meals, I forgot my cellphone by the sanitizer stand on the door worthy R10 000 and due to the amazing service and honesty stuff. I got my fone back. One of the Mr delivery guys found it and gave it to the one of the managers. Just want to say thank you guys for your honesty and good service. Keep it up!

The place used to be bigger and spacious, now so little inside. Good for drive through. But ba temana ka ketchup

Good day, am not happy with the service from Macdonald in Balfour park. I came just before 10: pm by the drive way, as I was busy placing my order with a lady, they switch off the lights to say they closed they can’t place my order, but I came before 10 ;pm they did not even bother to help me, the other lady scream we are closed there’s no food.

They have four screens inside that help you to choose and order whatever you want, less than 10minutes your order is ready, I really like this McDonald

Really friendly polite staff. McDonald's is as McDonald's is. So customer service is important and they were great.

Everything was just so style and the lady who poured our cokes had her 2 fingers on the glass wen I told her she said go to hell
I was very upset couldn't get tru the manager and the number that's not hygienic to put fingers in the glass

Place is dirty and rude staff
Check the response of the owner and be a judge for yourself rather drive extra 7miles to rosebank branch

There is false advertising the price on the menu says R74 for a Mc feast when l paying the cashier she told the meal is R77 very disappointed

This McDonald's is for the fast paced, for the chilled, for the outdoor eater, let's start with the important things, staff - amazing, service - personal in a professional way, clean from the bathroom to the parking lot, you and your crew can literally hang out near your car, make noise and eat, or you and your person can chill on the outdoor tables if you want a bit of quiet and chow, inside is a little small or should I say cosy because the setup works and the options if its full are great, play area of course, drive thru, always on call and efficient.
The only issue here is also a benefit, main road means noisy a bit but also accessibility.

It's a great service but the stuff are alike trying to force you to use the machine for ordering. I want to talk to the person.as I'm not tech savvy.or at least I don't want machines when I do a walk in. Could have ordered at home anyways. But overall its good

Queues are terrible, no-one knows what's going on in terms of the ordering process. Generally badly managed. Counter was unstaffed at times

Service has dropped, beggars stand there at night time one after the next asking for food, not an enjoyable experience.

Slow, staff not trained to ring up App specials. Manager has to be called, and they took very long to arrive at to till. It looks like the manager needs glasses because he is squinting to read the screen, and thus he takes very long to find items. Then they got my order wrong. Then they do not accept American Express even though their credit card machines has the logo to say it accepts it. It took them more than 40 minutes to process my order and thus the milkshake was melted and the cheesy fries were cold by the time I left the store. So many wrongs in one trip. Bad.

I took my time to write this review because I believe people deserve a 2nd chance. I bought at the drive through more than 3 times worse service ever, one day I went inside no stood on the line for more than 20 minutes while they talking to each other, I got the order it was wrong I left it there by the time I got the order I had been in the store for more than 30 minutes. I left it because I didn't have another 30 minutes to wait. Worse McDonald's ever, they are so loud, talking to each about what happened on their lives on a night before. Bad customer service ever, the store is so filthy, the staff is dirty, either their smell of yesterday's wine or God knows what. Managers are not better either they are a bunch of uneducated and so not willing to learn. I will never have any of my friends, nor family nor anyone I know to spend more there.

Bad service nd stel food. Bleming my self why I choose to drive through rather than going to my usual revonia branch

I'm sad to say that we didn't have a good experience. Some of the staff was unfriendly and didn't seem to want to assist clients.

Everytime I go its a hassle.
In summertime we advertise coffee!
No one cares about customer service and drive through has literally become the slowest way to get stuff done. The women behind switched her car off repeatedly!

It's nice place and the workers there are friendly and it's a good place for kids cause it has the play park for kids. Thank you

Such a hit and miss Mc Ds. Will we get runny mc flurrys today or will they be really great? Will they forget one of our burgers or will there be extra cheese on one of them? Who knows. What I do know is that you'll wait for a very long time for your order and have rude, incompetent staff serving you.
