McDonald's Midrand

I placed an order online.
Macdonalds Boulders Midrand received my order for delivery.
I placed a breakfast order. The uber driver delivered X2 Jalepeno burgers. I tried calling them several times, They don't answer their phones. How pathetic of them. Can some not read the orders.
Will not order again online.
TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED

This franchise continues to disappoint.
No order at the drive-thru, staff does not work efficiently. Avoid is possible.

The toilets hardly ever have toilet paper, the chairs are torn, seem like a frenchise run by people who are not willing to spend on their businesses

2years later and i'm still rating it bad. The service in the mornings is just terrible, they're getting our orders wrong and making us pay incorrect amounts

Hi I made an order this morning on the 25/08/2023 order number 3244 and added another meal which was 3247. It was supposed to be a four Boerie burgers meal with an egg. I got 4 drinks, 4 packs of fries and only 3 burgers. It's really not on and I tried to call in but your line keeps saying it's busy. Please resolve this

The worst McDonald’s ever service is very very very bad especially the lady who was working on the intercom on the evening on 5/09/23.please put people who know wat they sell.she took 10 mins service on person on the drive through

Their service is very bad. Some of their staff members r rude, they r very slow. Sunday I drove out without buying because of their slow service.

I just bought a McCurry from this restaurant. Looking at it, I thought oh for once I'll be served a good quality McCurry from here. When tasting it, something is definitely wrong with it. The chocolate saucepan can never be this hard. It's either the supplier gad been changed or they gave me ice cream that's been in the fridge. I am not happy with the quality of ice cream at that store.

The service was ok, but I was only surprised there was only 1 meal left to be ordered, I had no choice because I was hungry I had to order whatever they had

The food is delicious but they are some unsavory characters always hanging around and asking for money it's specially around the drive thru. A little security outside will go a long way

Worst experience waited for 20 minutes to get the order and no one communicated what was happening

I had to wait for one hour for my food and that for me is very poor service this McDonald's need to improve.

I was on the drive thru for a little over an hour because they are apparently short staffed. How is that the customer's fault?

Drive thru should traditionally move faster but not at the Midrand branch

Poor service, always takes decades if you want to do a drive-thru. Don't dare go there hungry & the lettuce was not even fresh it's a big No from me

Received the best service from the staff. You order nd take a tent after that you will be served your food the way you ordered

Drive thru is always packed for a reason, good service. Love their ice-cream sundae. However it will be nice to have someone directing traffic at the drive thru entrance because it can be frustrating at times

Service is very slow and the staff don't seem to care. I'd rather starve or eat my hat than go to this McDonald's

Staff was slow, we had to ask what was happening in order to get our food although the place was very clean we had to wait a bit to receive our meal.

Surrounded by lots of residential apartments, so it's very busy as a result, especially for the drive through, maybe it's management can look at ways to speed up this service

Couple of times visiting, the order was not captured using the ordering machine on the drive through and this made the order time longer and as a result the queue was extremely long.
