McDonald's Midridge

This is the slowest "fast" food franchise ever. I've never experienced timely service. Ever.

I like that they are very quick during the day which gives me more time to eat my lunch. Staff is amazing too, always helpful!

The Drive-through and bike deliveries are the busiest though the place experiences a few walk ins and sit ins. Took in some kids unfortunately the play area was closed. Don't know for that particular day or until further notice. However, would appreciate if a 'closed' notice is displayed by the play area.

Service this morning was poor. Supplied hashbrown instead of chips ordered. When corrected chips were basically just thrown in packet. Excuse was we short staffed

Spent almost 45 minutes in their drive through and i could not move out of their drive through because it's barricaded with paving. The only way out is to buy.

Sunday 25th April was there to buy cappuccino by the drive thru it took 15mins to get to the order point to only be told there's no cappuccino. (I won't blame the construction the service is always slow)

SUGGESTION: Please have a sign outside when you ran out of something let us know. It's not cute queueing there for nothing there was no way to reverse back

Drive through unfriendly made us wait, spoke to us then left us unattended without excusing herself not even an apology for leaving us hanging. On top of that they only had iced tea no other drinks

It was very cold inside, there weren't customers inside but just Mr delivery and uber services to collect and the drive way was also busy. We were not even given food trays. I think it's a new way of doing things because of this pandemic.

Yes it's clean and fresh but, they never get the order right, it doesn't matter how hard you shout.the bad part is when you realise that and you are too far to go back.

Due to loadshedding yesterday waited 1h20 minutes to order and get my order. Then the system crashed while we were ordering

Literally the slowest drive through in RSA probably. Visited this McDonald's 3 times, and have never spent less than 1 hour waiting for food. Needs management to adress their efficiency

Trash service, how difficult is it to get a customer order correct, they screwed up a simple Chai Latte order on 2 separate occasions in 1 month. It's not rocket science!

I ordered 3 burgers, 2 mccfeast deluxe and 1 quarter pounder. The lady at the till literally asked me 3 times if I wanted a mccfeast I said yes. I got home with 2 McRoyals and my quarter pounder had no pickles.

Ordered food from uber eats, food came cold, bo serviettes or condiments and the bottom half of the burger was missing! Really terrible experience.

It's the worst MacDonald experience I have ever had. I can remember now why I don't frequent that Franchise anymore.
01. Service if staff member not people etiquette or trained (speaks so soft to you but after she had served me I was rather frustrated already, I sat down and she served her own kind and it was audible from two chairs down), my question is does show do this on purpose?

02. False advertising on the display board, I ordered 1 x 2cheese meals at marked price R49.90, I get get charged R51.90 for coke regular which is not stipulated on the display (come on guys you are ripping customers off).

03. The burgers quality has gone down the tubes, for burgers to taste like cardboard, at shocking prices, I would rather go to Burger King any time or KFC at least we know it's genuine meat. And for the price you pay it's astounding not worth the visit.

04. I went to this outlet in the morning for breakfast, the tables are as duty as anything and looks like it's never been cleaned, with all the germs and virus going around I am ashamed that this is called a restaurant. Every table I went to was utterly dirty and not wiped down.

Definitely will be reporting this to the health inspectors and I will never return to this facility period.

Will also post this on all platforms as this is truly bad restauranting experience ever experienced.

Food and ordering was fine. But the beggar standing at my car window shouting at me to give him bread was not. The poor need help but please not in your drive through

Drive-thru gets packed on most nights. They have two order points for the drive-thru but then they all go through one pay point so it gets congested and leads to long wait times.

Stopped here today for a little coffee from McCafe and my word were the staff super rude! Wonder why they having such a bad day, the guy that served me didn’t even say hello all I got was “drink” to which I was supposed to submit my order! How sad

I bought burgers using the app and got discounts, cheeseburgers with chips for R25 but only if you purchase using the app and scan the QR code in store
