Horrendous service! Absolutely disgusted! I had to wait for over 20 minutes for them to prepare just a chicken foldover, and when they finally handed the order over to me, they had to go pick apples from the tree, squeeze them and preserve them for 5 months before I could get my apple juice, by the time they finished, I was already out of the store. I spent my entire lunch break waiting for a simple meal. This isn't the first time either this is happening, it seems to be a norm here, this is absolutely awful. Either you get people who are willing to work and care about customers or get more staff.

I know when I go to McDonald's, I just order the same thing, which is Chilli Cheese flavour Mc'Fries. I don't know, I'm trying to see who makes them better. So far they come at number two. It was my first time trying their Cheese Mc'flavour Fries and I was not disappointed. Their service is okay. I'll probably try get something else instead next time I go back

Loved the peaceful atmosphere in the morning, clean place and friendly staff. Honestly the cleanest Mcdonald's I've ever been to.

I waited for my XL Big Mac Meal ubereats order for an hour and when it finally came the burger was the size of a medium Big Mac (very small) yet I paid for Extra Large meal and they gave me the wrong cold drink, I specifically chose Stoney but they brought a coke and of course the order was cold

I was waiting for cash crusaders to open and I decided to go in for breakfast. I ordered the South African breakfast. I really enjoyed the meal tape especially the chocolate Frappè. The service was very quick.

I was there this morning, their service is so very slow, i waited for 20+ minutes for my order.i kept on asking different ladies who kept on saying my order is coming.their attitude is very bad, they make you feel so bad for bothering them. &its not my first time experiencing this.its my love for their boorie breakfast bun meal that drives me there again and again.

The meal was cold and some of the ingredients were missing from the burger and the chips looked like someone ate them.this was suppose to be The Double Quarter Pounder

My food was short.bought four meals and only got 3 packet of fries which were half way through the box as if they were eaten. I am not happy at all. Waited 20minutes for my order

Service is good but sometimes we get learners who just come sit for Wi-Fi & it's disturbing cos they're too noisy. I love sitting outside

Situated in a vibrant, cool atmosphere, the staff that work there give excellent service.busy of course.
It's got a nice view of the new town junction entrance, gives a exciting view of the people coming in and out of the shopping complex.

I couldn't be assisted with the ABSA MegaU rewards voucher & will have to advise ABSA as the voucher is useless now because there's nothing for that to buy for that amount & you can't use it as a discount voucher

Why is it called a 24h McDonald's when they are still closed at 08: 42. For a place that serves breakfast we expect this store to be open. What an inconvenience.
