McDonald's Randburg Drive-Thru

Always no catchup when you get home or foldover has no, they just don't tell you when out of stuff

I ordered ubereats and the chips are missing! I am so upset paying R104 plus a tip for a meal that is not properly packed! And nobody picks up the phone, ever! Useless

This one always messes up orders, spicy Mc feast with one petty and tomato slice, our hot beverages were half a cup, chips cold. Worst of the worst. Doesn’t deserve even a single star… appalling service

Drove in after a Coleman concert just hoping for food and to freshen up. Very friendly staff and polite, made the way home better.

Great space, always clean, McDonald's quality food just add a bit more salt to your fries please:)

Closed before 23: 00 on a Saturday but yet still advertise that they're 24 hour. When asked why they're closed I get the excuse that since COVID-19 it's no longer 24 hour? !? ! Nonsense! We don't even have mask mandates anymore, why is this no longer a 24 hour? !

Always used the drive-through. Service is relatively fast most.of the time but can be quite slow sometimes.

They can improve a bit on friendliness but otherwise I can't complain. The Food is very fresh.

My friends and l like having our meals and catch up at MacDonald randburg as the staff is always friendly and helpful but since l was attacked by the consulting manager whom l had always seen harassing the staff speaking to them as if they are kids yet the resident manager is always friendly and helpful it makes us uncomfortable to be there please give her training on how to communicate with people otherwise the food is great and

It was nice place to be in, easy to use the menu computer display and make payments. Order was quick, there is not too many male toilets for doing your thing.

Very fast, neat and friendly staff, food has been good everytime so far, the donuts and muffins from the cafe taste old and are not fresh at all.

Great space but service is super slow, have never waited for such a long time to get my meal at any McDonald's

Went to the McDonalds for a quick meal as I was working in the area, first thing I noticed is that I was the only client in the drive-thru at the time, upon waiting for my order 3 other clients arrived, the service was a bit slower than other branches, when I received my 5x double cheese burgers I noticed the patties where a bit burned on some of them, the buns where not as fresh as those of other branches and the pickles where not as crunchy and fresh.

This branch has lots of room for improvement both on freshness and the quality of service from the staff.

I especially went to this McDonald's because they have online pics showing a kiddies play area in their restaurant. There is no play area in this particular McDonald's, something that parents should know, to save little ones from feeling disappointed.
The service was very slow, despite them having x2 windows for collection.
The food was of good quality.

Im an uber eats delivery driver, the service is beyond pathetic, waiting 40 minutes for an order that you accept from a long distance away. Only one staff member serving a long que of delivery drivers waiting to pick orders & the staff is too slow

Their digital order system is bit complicted if you are a boomer like myself. I always require assistance. But one day I will get it right but then they must not update it

This is a new 24 hour mcDonalds. Great service, great meals and nice and clean with a good park lot next to the drivethru to eat your meal! Grand Chicken Spicy. Best meal at mcd

Bland food thats so overcooked it can almost be seen as biltong.
I ordered a MC Chicken through Uber Eats.
The chicken patty was as hard as a rock and the fries not only tasted extremely dry but also if they have been standing in the open for a few days.
This is definitely not the McDonalds quality Im used to.

I wonder if McDonalds International knows that your branch is damaging the brand like this?

There was a long queue at the drive thru yet it went very fast. Operator was very efficient and got our order right first time. Very friendly staff. Food was very fresh. Service was fast. Certainly one of the best McDs I have been to so far, and that's a lot of branches.
