Missing the self service order display and a fix menue, not rotating screens, who came up with that non sense?

It's a pretty busy branch, they could do better seating space.gets packed really quick

The teller was rude, and not focusing on what we were ordering, and placed the completely incorrect order but luckily the issue was solved that's why I gave 3 stars

I wasn't happy with today's service, you should teach your employees the difference between playing time and work time.

Can the ladies greet and smile the same even when dealing with their own fellow black sisters.

Workers are so friendly
Food is so fresh
Dining space is small and So standard
If aim is for Media content, it's not advisable to go there.

Usually really busy around lunch time, so its probably best to go before or after the peak time for a better experience. Really friendly staff. You can see right through the kitchen and all staff wears gloves and work at their own station. Off peak hour it takes 10 minutes max for your order. Quite a small in-dining area. They have a tomato sauce dispenser for the indiners, which i found super cool. Although, neither of the times I've ordered chillie cheese fries or corn did it come with cutlery which is a slight hiccup but overall great experience!

Menu is fast. People are not able to read through and choose. As if assuming people know what is available and the prices. Pretty presumptuous. They don't have an option to self order either. I ended up leaving not buying anything. ️

Amazing service from the manager went there with my wife earlier today for two mcflurries, we so happy keep up the great service

What a wonderful service one lady there she is always wearing a smile for the clients
And keep on checking is we are enjoying the meal.
I couldn't hold myself not asking her position.at the store Se said she is a manager
I was left with a shock to see a manager with that pace to the customers.most of them they always hidden from us.

Poor quality customer service. Staff dont greet, speak to their colleagues in the middle of your order. No smiles. Almost working as if they are doing me a favour.

My first order was so disappointing. The fries were horrible. They had so much oil it was unpleasant and I had to throw them away.

I left my phone at the McDonald's in Sandton City today and by mistake after paying for my order. I them left the mall and realised I didn't havey phone with me. I called it and luckily the lady at the till took my phone and set it aside. I went back and the supervisor gave it back to me I'm so grateful there are honest people. Many thanks to Koketso and her manager you guys are one in a million.

Very disappointed with the hygiene during a time with this pandemic. Tables were not sanitized between customer use. No visible hand sanitizer either

They are fast to prepare anyone's order, you don't wait for long, they should keep it up that way

The management displayed great service. The cashier and a lady in the kitchen had unnecessary attitude and threatened us. We've enjoyed this McDonald's for years though. People like Florence and the lady in the kitchen should appreciate their jobs.

To Tspepo and the rest of the great staff who were working on the Tuesday evening 2nd Feb 2021 at Sandton city McDonald's. What a great experience and thanks for a Cappachino that beats all the brand names. Cause it was made with care and love. Thanks Tsepho and every one else.
