McDonald's Sandton Rock & Roll Drive-Thru

I asked for a bbq sauce. The employee reprimanded me, explaining they don’t give free things away like in my country. After realizing he was a bit harsh he gave me a free soda.

This is waste of money! I went to today some idiot was honking at us for no reason because your slow workers took so long we almost had a fight with some dude.we ordered some burgers and when we asked them that is everything here they said yes 100% but they did not give me my 2 burgers and
An apple juice and everything was slow you guys need to get better workers!

Found this branch to be clean, and well setup.
I liked the outside seating area, really nice for a quick lunch break, from work.
The staff were helpful and went the extra mile for us.
I found the food to be fresh and crisp. Good branch

I went to this McDonald’s everyday after stage school the staff knew and loved me there and they took good care of me and they knew me as Ditsebe which in English means naughty boy

Food feels like it's just placed n not made definitely not going back there, service sucks not antentive at all, over looked when your skin colour is dark I guess. Just a horrible place to get food.

There is a dark lady who always helps customers she wears white shirt and black trousers she is always helpful to customers may God bless her

It was disappointing that they didn't have a highchair for my baby. McDonald's as a franchise is known to be family orientated but this branch didn't reflect that.

Amongst other McDonald’s I have brought food from. I wasn’t happy the way how the drive-through cashier treatment me and my team. No customer care skill. I even call the supervisor on duty to explain my concerns but the lady was so stubborn. But the environment you feel like doing business, only the staff lack of skill.

POS showing incorrect availability, staff is unfriendly and half my meal has been left out on two separate occasions. Poor. Food is never the issue, doesn't help that you lose your appetite by the time you recieve your order.

All good. Drive thru Queque quite long, but went quickly.got Mcchicken meal and the famous apple pie.love that Apple pie!

Good, typical McDonald's with relative efficient order and collection experience. Rather busy with uber drivers waiting all around and the parking and entrance in and exit out is tight - but overall good

Nice vibe, nice setting but the MacFlurry has your favourite sauce and choice of flavour on top only, the middle to the bottom is plain vanilla ice cream.

Easy to go to

Very quick service the orders come out quickly I only had one time where they gave me the wrong drink but I was rushing to work so I only noticed when I got there

Food good standard Mcd fare but please do something about that so called loud 'music'
Dead silence would be better than people who blatantly can't sing and whose voices need loads of computer processing

I've recently had two issues with the delivery from Mc Donalds Rock n Roll via uber eats. First the wrong item now two items completely missing. Then I get told I've made too many complaints and my request will take longer to process? Disgusting service. I shouldn't be blamed for the restaurant's incompetence.

Always stop by for a quick breakfast when passing. Welcome the renovations. But still open. Thank you for the excellent service

Do you remember how back in the day - you would order a meal, pay for it and see the bag waiting to be fetched? Yeah, this branch somehow still have this level of service here. Also the staff are friendly, and warm.what more could you ask for?

I can't understand why you list chicken products on the menu only disappoint customers with the excuse that your "process takes an hour. " That's utter BS. If you advertise the chicken, have it available. Serious managers would forecast the need.

I haven’t really been going to any McDonald’s for about 2 years now, because it’s just been disappointing and I don’t really care much for the food and service received. But here the service is consistently good and no complaints about the food either.

My daughter is a very picky eater, and they don’t have problems with special requests, like not adding onions and gherkins to their cheeseburgers. The friendly lady at the last window (didn’t catch her name unfortunately) was great, trying to find a different toy and when she couldn’t, letting me know on what day to return to do an exchange.

They have some of the best decor in a McDonald’s, classic rock posters and an old jukebox.
