McDonald's Selby Drive-Thru

Stopped by for ice cream with the family. Order sundaes. Still love this place. First came here 12 years ago. Still loving it!

Service impressive and attention to detail. I didn’t know that I get a MacD bag if I buy a large meal and one lady working there actually came to check progress of my take away order then noticed I’m supposed to get a bag. It was peak time but the food and service was good.

Restaurant was clean, toilets clean but not as it could be. Food was satisfactory. Service a bit slow drive thru menu were not visible on my visit so opted to go in.

Food is awesome
But the drive through is too slow.
Waited for over 20 minutes as the second stop by the cashier takes too long with every car

Good clean safe parking on the busy road near makro and chaina mall dragon city and patrol station

Gets quite full because of the Dragon city and China Mall shoppers that sit for long making the restaurant difficult for other diners at times

The service was exceptional. The place is clean and they definitely do adhere to the Covid-19 rules and regulations.

Waited 25 minutes in the drive through from the time I ordered until I got my food. Horrible service time.

I ordered kids meal nd one mcflurry they bill me for tow ice cream, had i not noticed that. It means i would have stuck on the next window to receive my order nd causing traffic.

The workers are helpful from beginning to the end from when you enter till you exit. They are also concerned about your well being and satisfaction.

Very bad service we waited for to long to be served after they told us they don't have coffee very bad service they very slow when serving breakfast

I've only been to the drive thru and the person who gave me my food forgot about my drink. If I was not reminded by my sister about the drink I wouldve choked on the food

Firstly at the self help order, option was eat in, which we selected. After a hard days work, just needed a hot meal with kids. We were advised later only take away.
We selected a boys toy and received a girls. My son wasn't too happy.
We drove all the way back to Lenasia to eat cold food.
Family wasn't pleased at all.

Was in and out, only interacted with the welcoming lady at the door and the order machine thangy magica.

But ABOVE ALL GREAT CLEAN PLACE.

HEALTH PROTOCOLS WELL ADHERED TO.

Today the service was actually bad, for the once that we went to order from inside the workers were free we wanted to order they could see us standing there yet not coming to help, milkshakes were great but not so satisfied with the staff tonight.

I absolutely love this Mc Donald's. The service is amazing the food is always fresh and piping hot, it is always clean.

Will never come here again. Waited over 40 minutes at the drive thru. 2nd time coming here and long wait

Their service is very poor the place was dirty, the counter was full of customers waiting for their orders. We used self service to place our order we got table numbers bt we waited for more than 20min after they called our order no to come and collect it, so my question is what is the use of that table no if we still gonna go and the order. I did collect my order my self only to find out that the take away box is very dirty i called the person who works in lobi to complain they change the box bt given same burger that was in the same dirty box. I'm not happy at all i'm not gonna come back anymore

Was not happy the way they handled my order yesterday. I brought the SA breakfast and when I got to work I didn't have the burger patties.

I went back and upon presenting my slip and I was told I ordered a meal without Patty. We went back and forth until they discovered that someone order no patty and they duplicated the order.

I did not appreciate the fact that they insisted that I ordered no patty and when I asked where was it written she got annoyed and called the person who took the order only to confirm that I ordered the full meal.

I was than offered a simple 'Oh, sorry the kitchen made a mistake"

Too slow, they've got one staff member who is very sarcastic he didn't even put a straw in my packet had to ask the supervisor for one because after giving an order he walks away without care.
