McDonald's The Zone @ Rosebank

It's for the second time, the drive thru staff just do as they please.i ordered cujan deluxe reg meal but I had to receive the medium drink which i wasn't intending to pay, they don't serve customers well.im not happy.

This McDonald is perfect about everything Very good food very good service even there have small space for driving true but works have lot experience for Manage the traffic

I was pleasantly surprised by the staff. They we're extremely helpful, knew their job really well and are really friendly. Place was clean and inviting.

Probably one of the best McDonald's experiences I've had in the country.

Hugely friendly and helpful woman showing how the new touch screens work. But the system is anything but user-friendly, and with Covid rearing its head again, who in their right mind wants to install touch screens in an eating establishment? !

I went through 'drive-through' to save time. I ordered 2 x meals and two Mcflurry's. Paid for it with my card but at the counter I only received one each. I explained to the cashier I ordered 2. She rudely said I have to go and stand in the long queue and ordered again! I refused and said I will stay there untill someone helped me. She then let me pay again and gave me the others! That while she was talking in a language I don't understand! - So it wasn't so quick afterall. I was actually so disgusted how the staff treated me, I will never go to that McDonald's again! What happened to being polite, helpfull and treating a customer with respect? So unfriendly! I rather travel further and go to another outlet! Sorry

I was robbed of my phone at this McDonald's, was a traumatic and costly experience. Be very careful when dining there, you are being watched.

I placed an order using the McDelivery app and have not received any updates on the order. The order was made at 18: 11 and the expected deliver time was 18: 45. It's currently been 2 hours since the order was made and there still has not been any updates, the tracking on the app has not changed from order received to order in progress

The food was good, however by the time we got to it, it was no longer hot. The service was quick and we did not have to wait long.but the drive-through being quite dark at night from the lack of lighting and the few people who were loitering made the experience feel unsafe.

They are very very slow on drive thru, pliz they must try to be fast, because you wait there for more than 35 mins and later on they causing traffic when driving along oxford road

The drive through at this venue is awful. There are beggers that hassle you and do not leave you alone. They stand at your car the whole time and come very close to your vehicle and windows. Very uncomfortable when you are alone. Mcdonald's needs to do something about this as it happens at a lot of the branches. Do not recommend going there at night.

Arrived during lunch time and had a bit of a wait in the drive thru but it was worth it. The food was fresh, chips hot and crispy and burgers delicious.

There is no enough parking we spend more time trying to find where to park than the time we spend inside. Less than15 cars can park there.

I ordered 2 chocolate sundaes. They tasted terrible. As if the ice cream mixture was diluted with water before it was put in the ice cream machine. Very disappointing

Extremely busy in the afternoon.no bad moods present though.
The Uber eats guys are generally patient

I really have been craving oreo mcflurry but their ice cream machine was broken. I don't except this behavior from Macdonalds in rosebank: (

Excellent service by management and staff.

The onky issue I had was with the lady runing the till that had an attitude and refused to give me change.

The foid us fresh, but the drive through is extremely busy.

Went through the drive through. Ordered chicken 6 nugget meal.
I ordered a sprite with the meal and when I took a sip found that it was just soda water. There was no flavoring in the sprite. I had also asked for extra sauce with the nuggets, was charged additional for it but didn't even receive one sauce with the order.
Very disappointed.

Great service but Okay food. Fries and burger patties was sort of cold. It seems that they have made it earlier. Surprising because I went at non peek time i.e 12.30
