40Terrible and horrible are 2 words that fits the description of this entity. They are quick to take your money for services they provide pathetically. If u are willing to wait the whole day for just flu or tummy ache please go here. The doctors are fantastic but the rest of the staff members doesnt compliment the doctors as they should as their phones, lunch and walking around is prioritized and not helping customers which are actually sick patients. They don't come to your premises for shopping or eating.please understand that.
Made appointment for follow-up as treatment not effective. Medicross cancelled the appoint 25 min before the due time. As i was already there i asked reception what the reason was. Told doc prefers walk ins. I will have to wait in line.
Unprofessional service, we booked for dr Voster. Make an appointment 2 days in advance, got an sms.
Make arrangements everything. After an day got an sms what says appointment has been canceled. I phoned and they say the guy who make the appointment did make a mistake. Now all my arrangements are for nothing, very unprofessional.
We are very impressed with the good service given at Boksburg Medicross. We want to especially say thank you to HANNELIE who made sure everything was properly in order. It has made this unfortunate experience much easier to deal with. Thank you Hannelie.
Please allocate payments before threatening legal action. And while you are at it, consider an attitude adjustment!
They services are relatively good, there is no answer to the phones at all, the nurses are rude and harsh but Dr Manga and Dr Vorster are great.
Great doctors but awful admin. Made a 11: 30 appointment, got there at 11: 15 only yo be told there are 6 patients in front of me. Why provide the appointment option?
Charged me for 2 consultations instead of just 1 been struggeling for months to get it refunded. Now they are just ignoring my emails.

I am a new patient, who made a booking this morning with Dr Coetsee for 11: 00.
I arrived a few minutes early to make sure I will be able to do all documentations that ja needed. At reception, the receptionist said that there is a bit of a wait. 9 clients are currently in front of me.
How is this even possible? If you do make a designated consultation time, looking at around 15mins per consultation. This means they are just pre-booking patients and stuffing them in like a sausage.
Where is the personal connection? The feel that the Dr.at least cares about his patients.
No thanks, will not be another number for them.
They don’t answer phones, when you finally get through and make an appointment you will only see the doctor 2 hours later then the time confirmed. The gentleman at reception will tell you to do whatever you want to do when you complain about this.
Great doctors, shocking Admin. I have been attending this facility for 18 years and this is the worst I have seen it. They have an online appointment system which does not work. I made an appointment at 10.15 only to be told on arrival there is a 2 hour wait as 6 “walk ins” have arrived ahead of me. Time to find another practice?
Great doctors, terrible admin system. Doctor is in at 10: 00, My appointment is for 10: 15. I get told there are 8 people infront of me in the queue because they arrived first.
Basically it doesn’t matter if you make an appointment. Just arrive before everyone else. Staff member even told me that my appointment time doesn’t matter.
Go somewhere else so you don’t have to put up with this nonsense.
Worst experience at this center. First waited 25min, paid before seeing the doctor as per request, then waited another 25min before i asked why the wait was that long, I had to ask when I'll be seen to thereafter get over charged on meds I had to ask for a reduced rate. Upon leaving start getting smses and emails for payments due yet they encouraged payment before consulting. Service is poor, treatment not taken seriously, went to see another doctor the next day
and over priced.

Absolutely chaos, systems don't work, long waiting times even if you have an appointment. Like a government hospital
Had to go in shortly after opening when my wife was bitten by a dog…excellent care by nurses and the attending doctor, would have been 5 stars if admin was more proficient.
On Wednesday the 21st of September, I went to see the Dentist Dr Holtzhausen cause I was in pain, and my face was swollen. I was informed my tooth has caused an abscess in my mouth and had to remove my tooth surgically.
At 14: 00 I was booked to remove my tooth same day and my tooth was removed.
By 15: 00 everything was done, I was then given that day and the next day to heal.
Unfortunately on Friday I was still in pain where my ear and head were ringing I called the dentist at 10: 20am and informed the receptionist I was not fit to go to work and can I be booked off, she said she will get back to me and will inform the doctor.
(I have phone records to prove this)
Unfortunately she did not get back to me and I had to call back again. I was then put through to Justice who was the receptionist for Dr Holtzhausen. He said he will tell the doctor before he knocks off and I said okay.
Later I sent an email to ask what the doctor said and he sends an email saying the doctor has knocked off. And he will talk to the doctor on Monday.
This Morning (26 September 2022) I send an email to ask, and the Sick note they send me, they write in caps that I didn't not come see the doctor on Friday (which is true) and that I only made them aware at 14: 45 hours that I'm not well (which is a blatent lie)
THIS doctor and staff have no professionalism at all, and once they done with what they need to do, they do not care at all.
I have proof that I communicated long before the time they lied about.

Very bad service, very bad organisation, you go there with sick children, appointment is at 11 but
no use as they make you wait 15 min before they even speak to you at reception at 5 past 11. Already an hour after our appointment and still waiting...
Never going back there again. 3rd time this happens.
Previously we waited 2.5 hours and did not even get to see the Dr.even though we had an appointment.
