Dr Winston Thobela and his lovely assistant, Linda, were phenomenal! This is my first dental experience at Medi Cross and I am blown away! They were so kind, compassionate and professional. I will definitely be back!

This is one of the worst medical places to get help. A few years ago I was suffering from intense fever and tummy runs. I was booked into the emergency room where it took an hour for a doctor to see me.eventually an old 80 year doctor came in [ WHO SHOULD HAVE RETIRED] and patronized me and treated me like a baby, telling me there is nothing wrong. I have a phd in disease biology and I knew something was wrong.he then went on to argue with me telling me I was stupid.after getting no treatment we still had to pay R730! A few hours after that I started having bloody diarrhea and it was a confirmation that I had an intestinal infection, eventually my mother phoned a doctor at cresta healthworx and he was so helpful that he gave a perscription over the phone once we rushed to a dischem branch for some meds. I couldve died without medical treament. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

I see Dr Rene Rosch and have done for many years and I can highly recommend her especially for complex conditions

Made an appointment and then waited in the que for 20 min just to register where reception is understaffed and careless about a massive que and 30 min late still waiting for doctor appointment

I love medicross Randburg so much, but their service lately is disappointing. The doctor gave me an antibiotic for my 20months old baby and he is reacting with rash. I sent them emails and calls so they can advice me, they ignored my emails and kept on saying we will get back to you, it’s been 4 days now, I had to call them again and again. Not sure if it’s the doctors or admins but something is not happening.

I've been really happy with the level of care I've received at Randburg Medicross, however, often their timekeeping lets them down.

I had an appointment with one of the dentists for 8: 00 and after waiting 25 minutes was told the dentist had not yet arrived and would be arriving by 9: 00. Pretty shocking that a doctor has so little regard for patients' time.

Terrible service at this practice. Made an online booking for 08: 15. When I arrived and after waiting 45 min. I was informed the doctor witch I made an appointment with is not in, nor do they know when he will be. This only after I asked what is going on. They could of told me when I arrived and made a plan for an other doctor. Instead they wait for me to complain before doing anything. And this is the 2nd this happened. Last time I just walked out.

Best avoided. Had an appointment and arrived on time. Waited 40 mins and upon asking receptionist how long the delay would last, I was just told to "sit and wait some more". No apology and no communication that doctor was running late when I arrived. Clearly no respect for anyone's time. Eventually left without seeing the doctor and went somewhere else.

1st time today. Awesome staff. Friendly and very helpful. Saw Dr, had bloods done at the lab and my script filled at Clicks all within 1 hour. Very impressed by all. Thank you

Avoid this place. They'll RIP you off for every cent. Dr Suliman adds extra charges she knows medical aid wont cover so that she can get more of your money. Disgraceful

I went to Medicross Randburg as I have sinusitus. I explicitly told the Doctor that I am allergic to paracetamol. Yet he gave me a prescription for Sinucon that contains 200mg of paracetamol. Had I not checked the box I would have swelled up and landed in the emergency rooms for allergies. I will never go to these doctors again. I will rather wait a day and go to my doctor that I know and trust.

The phone just keeps ringing until someone answers just to hang up on me. My appointment was ignored even though it was just a telephonic consult.

I am extremely satisfied with the service provided by the Dentistry team and want to acknowledge Rafeeqa Samodien, Dr Khudaija Suliman and Dr Wiehahn Els for their outstanding work.
They take pride in their work which ensures that my family and I are provided with excellent dental care.

Why do they have phones if they dont answer them? It feels like am calling home affairs. Wow Medicross Randburg. My doctor Rosch is the best apart from the phone situation.

Dentist locum Dr Sipho, standing in for Dr Arjen Joubert, is fantastic. Thank you for the great service.

They double book you and cancel out of the blue with no explanation, customer service is not helpful at all, no regard for a clients time.

Reception is extremely slow, and they don't communicate to people queing. Why do you make an online booking when you end up queing past your appointment time? No respect or consideration for the patients.

My first time visiting this practice and experienced such a hostile environment. Did not feel welcome at all. Would not recommend coming to this practice.

Had to rush in from work after 2 days of discomfort and pain. I saw Dr Monaghan (Dentist) and he performed a procedure that every dentist would turn me away for based on difficulty (even my family destiny couldn’t do it) … overall was a great experience and better service. What could have costed me between 30K and 40K with a specialist ended up costing less than 3.

I can recommend this place, Dr Arjen Joubert is ver professional.
Seems like new management is improving the booking experience
