Dr's are not friendly at all at this clinic except for two young Dr's who the youngest there, unfortunately the young Dr was not available yesterday whom I usually see, ended up going to Dr Zeld Brits who told me consultation is 15min, like what hell is that! I am at home with no sick leave because was 1 only given the day of consultation and was told that is enough
I doubt even these reviews are taken serious by that clinic!

I'm changing my review from a 1 star to a 3 star to be more fair.
Still not happy with their mistake charging me double. They should look at there prices because it's very high
But still got the service eventually.

Don't even bother, for over a year now they have never be on time with appointments. Having to sit for 2 hour a after your appointment time just to see the doctor. What's the point of making an appointment if they can't stick to times! Intercare is a much nicer choice in comparison to this useless facility.

The place is just too busy, they take in too many clients and allow walk in clients preference over appointments. The doctors are excellent but the establishments management is terrible.

Not happy at all with Dr van Zyl. He was seeing me and another patient at the same time. After he numbed my mouth disappeared for a while and drilled my tooth while the feeling came back. I'm back at Medicross to fix the mess he made. Will never come back again

Medicross Travel Clinic: polite staff at reception, but you should know that the clinic is not separate and you will have to wait in the waiting room with sick patients to see the doctor who sees other patients. Otherwise okay, but we did wait some time to see the doctor and the waiting area was packed.

Sadly I have to say service and waiting times are terrible to the point where I think I wouldn’t rather not come to the doctor. Made an appointment for 11am it’s 12pm now.

I have never had problems at Medicross, but it's now the 2nd if not the 3rd time going to DR Smook, He has a very Horrible attitude towards patients, 1stly, He did not greet me and my wife back when we greeted him, okay fair enough, Who cares about a doctor greeting back.

Anyway, being told that if a child is not eating is not the end of the world really took me in a shock, telling us with a very Horrible tone as though we are insane, then He goes on to say we just in a hurry for the child to get better, come on, I'm sure there's better ways talking to patients and people that are just basically concerned about a child's health. There's no common sense in a child's health, we are not health practitioners, that's why we came back to make sure if everything is okay, unfortunately we did not get the doctor we were looking for, and out of bad luck we were led to this Doctor Smook.

I don't see myself and family and friends ever consulting to this Doctor, Ive never been this irritated, I am just not one to cause scenes otherwise, next time the roof will fall if I ever pay for such disgusting service.

Absolutely infuriating as they make 12 appointments for the same time at 14.00 knowingly that there is loadshedding and they cannot assist and that there is 4 doctors working.

Dr. Vorster and the nurses were absolutely amazing and kind. Unfortunately the lady working at the Radiology desk offers such poor service and is disguistingly rude with the worst attitude towards patients.

Spacious.clean and friendly with a chemist conveniently placed inside the reception area.
Efficient and friendly reception staff that very gently explain that they have now gone digital. That's a plus for all of us that care for the environment.
It's a very good choice for anyone needing medical attention.

Very poor service, its been 12 days waiting for my refund.when I called them this past Monday no one was willing to assist me. I just wasted my airtime, went to their office and sent them proof of payment but still today no refund

No problem with the Doctors BUT the answering of telephone calls is a mess. Takes so long to answer and if your lucky to be answered you just start talking and gets cut-off. This is so annoying and has happened alot of times not just once.

Don't bother. Their admin service is the worst I've ever experienced! Made a booking for 11am only to be told when checking in that there is 8 patients before me. What's the point of booking then?

I made a booking online and it was a lot easier than phoning in you get a small and a email notification. Next time I'm using the same method

I came to medicross a month ago and received terrible service. Thinking it was the height of covid, I let it slide. Went back today with my father and the service was even worse. Shocking, disappointing and unhelpful.
