Dr Zanli Rossouw and Lynette, make a great team at Dentistry. I will recommend them to any scared patient. They make you feel comfortable and they are very professional. Nicole Britz, the receptionist is also very professional and friendly.awesome team! Thanks for your good service.

Dr Shalini Pema is one of the best dentists that I have visited. She is very patient and does a great job. I highly recommend her services because she is extremely skilled and proficient at what she does. Not to mention, also very understanding.

Medicross is busy with sick patients across Silverton, Eersterus, Mamelodi and the surrounding suburbs next to Silverton.
We're running away from poor services we experienced everyday in our townships to suburbs.
Medicross is little bit expensive if you don't have a medical Aid.

Phoned them for pricing on 1 tooth extraction, between R1000.00 to R1200.00 just to extract 1 tooth, their pricing is insane.

This place is going to the drain. One dr wasted our time and money as he said I cant make a diagnosis so we had to pay another R1000 to see a specialist for simple antibiotics that he could have prescribed. So basically I paid the gp at medicross and extra for a specialist. Pathetic

What a great experience! Receptionist was so friendly. We saw dr Vallybhai - and was assisted by Elmarie at the nursing station. Thank you reception, dr Vallybhai and Elamarie. I will really recommend this dr to everybody visiting Medicross Silverton

Coloured lady with the beauty spot in her face at the front desk is extremely Rude, please avoid her at all costs, she will upset your day before it begins, management should have a meeting with her and give her lessons on how to talk to people, she is supplying a service, not running the company thank you! Extremely disappointed! Will never go back there again

Me and my wife was at Medicross Silverton dental offices. We went to Dr Rossouw. She and her assistant were very helpful and friendly. I had a long and severe appointment but the doctor did a very good job. She was gentle. I would recommend patients to go to Dr Rossouw. We were scared at first but, she and her assistant was calm and friendly. Thank you for your excellent work!

The dentists receptionist was very helpful. Dr. Rossouw (Dentist) was also great. She explained in detail what was wrong with my teeth. Their pricing is also reasonable.

I made an online booking to consult a Dr on 2023/02/8. After the consultation I was booked off till 2023/02/10. It is now 2023/02/12 and I feel like I did when I made the booking on 2023/02/08.
Where and how can I get hold of Dr Tonkin? My days off using Medicross Silverton has now passed.

Very poor service from a white blonde women Dentist and her assistant during my visit. I initially went for a teeth cleaning but when the dentist examined my teeth she noticed a problem, instead of cleaning my teeth and focusing on the problem tooth she just focused on tooth, took x-ray and said I'm done. NO WASHING, NO FLOSSING, NO MOUTH RINSING BY THE ASSISTANT OFFERED. I went back and and said but u never did what I came here to do. She explained that since I fixed the tooth and ur gums started bleeding I could not polish ur teeth. But it she had experience, she should have washed my teeth first and then fixed the tooth. Makes me wonder about that Qualification. I ain't returning to her. I was very unhappy

Booked online, prompt response confirming my online appointment. Excellent service when I got there, from receptionists to the Dr, to sister station. Clicks pharmacy available inside the clinic, very friendly staff also. Not forgetting how clean the whole clinic is

The receptionist didn’t keep my business confrontational as he exposed my reason for coming to the clinic. Everybody could hear my personal matters.

Consulted a dentist at medicross with Dr Priscilla Bopape. What a good dentist she is, one of the best dentist I ever came across. Takes care of her patients Very well!

They have employed a receptionist that doesn't know difference between covid19 tests that cost me R520.00 for a R130 covid test now they want to take 5 to 10 working days to refund, which to me is bull, quick to take money but poor to refund when they are wrong.

Literally got a sms not even a phone call at 16: 40 to cancel a drs appointment made 3 days ago, for the next day, no explanation no option to see another dr, NOTHING
This practice will never see me again

My first experience at Medicross Silverton was without an appointment and got to see a doctor in 15 minutes. Today I made an appointment in the morning for 13: 00 and only got to see the doctor at 14: 00.
I think this place should rather have a queuing management system and work on a first come first serve basis because the appointment approach does not seem to be efficient.

The Dr we saw was great and very professional.

The Co-payment on my health plan is R115, everytime they charge me R155 co-payment. The doctors never phone you back with any results. I won't recommend Medicross Silverston.

Reception/ Admin team are disorganised. They always mix up times and they are rude.
You will WAIT even when you make an appointment.

My doctors appointment was for 10: 00 and I fell in line at Reception at 09: 30. There were 5 people ahead of me. I was helped only at 10: 10. The admin was completed by 10: 30. Eventually the line stretched out the door. The big problem is that out of the 5 service points only 3 were open and at times only 2. Phones were ringing but went unanswered. This is a management failure. Furthermore, why does it take so long to assist people, most of whom are there simply to say they arrived for their appointments?
