I really like how Medinox Staff handle customers especially Remelia, she soo good able to contain my pressure when I need my stuff urgent here in Ghana

I've been order from them as a Tattoo and Piercing studio. They have truely never dissapoint. Any studio wishing to pratice high quality PPE and hygiene at exceptionally reasonable rates with very fast en reliable customer service, should use medinox!

We purchased our first mx super nebulizer. It didn't work at all. We then exchanged it and after 4 days it also stopped working.

Horrendous service! As a doctor, ordering medical equipment, I constantly had to be on their backs to get my order delivered, when I eventually got it 2 weeks later (they gave a delivery date which came and went), the order was completely wrong, incorrect items were added, items were forgotten off my order, no proper invoice, incorrect payment following that, it took over 2 MONTHS to correct my order! Use a different supplier - they are useless!
