The staff at reception acknowledged me and assisted me efficiently. For a change the waiting period was not long compared to previous visits. Dr Kyle gave us a good service, for the first time that a doctor offered assurance, should the medication does not work after certain days of treatment that we should go specifically to him directly and find other treatment.

Quick and convenient service from the reception. My appointment with Dr Mohammad was amazing. She was gentle, understanding and quite thorough

Thanks to a couple of chronic conditions I visit Medipark twice a year for repeat scripts plus occasional appointments because I am actually sick at the time. It pains me to see so many negative reviews and wonder what really prompts them. One's attitude and behaviour affect the attitudes and behaviour of others. I endeavour to be courteous and understanding of the unique challenges doctors face. I also ensure that anyone I see for the first time is told of my own professional background so we both save time because explanations don't need to be in words of one syllable. I had my run in with Charles Beegh when he first joined the practice. Tore him off a strip, reported him there and then to Dr Clive and refused to see him again - I highly recommend this approach. I cannot speak highly enough of the majority of staff, especially Drs C and M Landman, Geldenhuys and Bali, Sr Este, and Mma Hope it the paypoint. Wouldnt go anyplace else.

I had greatest experience with Dr Chandre at Medipark 24, each and everytime I have gotten the best assistance. Please keep up the great work. As the Hlongwane family we are thankful and appreciative of your outstanding work.

Very good practice and now open 24/7. Multiple doctors available quick to get an appointment.

The most Horrible DR I met today! I couldn't even finish explaining my symptoms. He gave me no attention at all. I am home now and still in pain! DR Charles Burgh I am extremely disappointed

Dr Hennie Duvenhage is the absolute best. Really can't ask for a better doctor!
I have been to other doctors there too but wasn't always happy. I rather wait for my Dr to become available then.

Had the most amazing service from Dr Zinandri Hanekom. She was compassionate and efficient, and explained very well what was happening. It was really great to be assisted by a doctor with such amazing bedside manner.

Nothing beats quick and efficient service when you are not feeling at your best. The staff are so friendly and Dr Swart was so precise and thorough with the consultation! I would highly recommend this centre. Opening my file as a new patient didn't even take 5 minutes.

They should get sharper people to answer the phones and make appointments. It was a struggle just trying to make an appointment. I had to repeat my date of birth 4 times and spell my surname 3 times, all while my airtime was running out. The line was clear so it wasn't a case of she couldn't hear me clearly. She even repeated my date of birth after me and I confirmed it. 4 times

They were great help and even went out of their way to make sure that I'm okay and even gave me a referral letter. Now I'm Getting the right treatment I needed. I thank you so much!

So i have been taking my whole family there and have not been disappointed. If there were misunderstandings, I appreciated the calls to resolve. Nonetheless- Dr Stander and Dr Venter (my kids love her) stand out for me. I recently visited with what i thought was a minor problem although in pain and needed meds to solve the problem but I appreciated the care, comfort of Dr Stander who told me that she is not going attempt and deal with my challenge herself and made urgent calls to surgeons and arranged hospital for me to get attention. Having been a healthcare worker for years, theres nothing I appreciate more than a Dr who does not just prescribe and treat a patient but that refers for better management. Thank you for a good service all the time
