Leandra from Micrographics has been great in helping us transition my client's Enscape subscription to their control, which will now save us the hastle of dealing with Enscapes neanderthal methods of billing and having our service cancelled because they never let us know that there is a problem with renewing the subscription due to credit card limits. Sometimes it pays just to go with the reseller instead of directly to the vendor.
