Mimmos Waterkloof Ridge

Not your average Mimmos. Old fading table cloths, very old tea cups and crockery. Owner should consider investing in upgrading the place.

Food is good, but service is slowly slacking. Previous takeaway order took over 30min to prepare, whilst the recent order too 1hour after the call was placed.

After ordering through uber the driver delivered the wrong order to us resulting in me driving to the restuarant. The manager immediately said he will fix it and they made my order and offered me something to drink on the house. I just wanted to say thank you for going the extra mile in giving great customer service.

Kiddie loved getting out of the house to play while Mom had a Glass of wine and waited for the takeaway. Friendly service

Mimmos Waterkloof Ridge is situate at the Waterkloof Lifestyle Centre in Waterkloof Ridge in Pretoria. They prepare good quality Pizzas and other goodies for self or family. Staff is dedicated and friendly. They however need to employ female staff as well. Meals may be eaten inside the restaurant or taken away. There is ample parking space.

Placed order on Uber Eats. Pizza was burnt and Salty, and the Mimmos Salad... Pathetic! Worst of all, I had to take it back myself. So I did! The people working there are clueless!

This place needs some owner / management attention. Glassware chipped, had no wine glasses, ordered wine per glass and wine was old. Pizzas excellent, would not recommend sit down meal but rather take away pizza

This is what I commented on Mimmos Waterkloof a year ago - "Lovely food and service, a family favourite (4 Stars). " ; We went there again last night and current economic circumstances as well as Castle Gate opening next door have not been good to this business. This is rather sad actually. Last night when we went there, many of the drinks on the menu was not available. I ended up not ordering food even; simply to the fact that this restaurant seems like is waiting to face a dire end.

I hope they would find new hope and new inspiration, otherwise they might assist Castle Gate in destroying their business.

Been going to this Mimmos for years and the staff are amazing as well as the food, absolute treat!

Best Alfredo Alfonso pasta in town, the service is good and quite quick. This is really a place to visit for their legendary pasta.

The restaurant needs to be revamp the tablecloths are filthy and old the men's toilet needs to be repainted the paint is peeling off.and it needs a good cleaning in fact the whole restaurant needs a good cleaning and a bit of paint I have to say for waterkloof the interior is quite low budget

I love their Mimos everyday breakfast, it's value for money, and the staff is really nice and friendly

My steak was overcooked. I also ordered a creamy chicken pizza for a take away. Only to discover at home that it was some sort of meaty pizza.

Poor service and terrible food. Asked for a toasted chicken mayo with bacon and cheese. I get a splash of chicken with no mayo and pieces of Vienna and no cheese and oily chips.

I am so, so, so dissatisfied with what I got today. I ordered two Panzookies for takeaway. Bare in mind that it costs R61.99 each. We are 6 people in the house, but I've had a Panzookie before, so I knew that 2 would be enough. You know, it is baked in an pan in the oven.

But not the takeaway versions, it was probably HALF the original size! In a small square tin foil bowl, it is not even enough for one person.

Plus, the one Panzookie was burnt and the other undercooked?

Thank you Mimmos, You won't be seeing me soon, you ripped us off tonight, payed R121 for s#@$!

Not a good exsperience
Some clients left because the chef wiped his forhead and with the same hand touching the food
My alfredo pasta tasted like nothing except for a buring taste of pasta and the paela no taste at all
The one star I am prepared to give is for large pitza that they offered

I believe that they hate food at this place. Food and life. If you like yours, move along swiftly. Uber eats should take head to not associate with them. Can not get rid of the taste in my mouth. Sickening.

I have had food twice with this Mimmos and both times service and food was excellent. First time was in store where they were super polite. Tonight I received an excellent, hot and delicious Uber Eats delivery from Mimmos. I was really impressed. Thank you!

They are averagely okay, nice environment, nice atmosphere to take your (kidz) family to. The cashiers and waiters are friendly.
