Mochachos

- Our order was delivered very late. When it arrived only one 3rd of what was ordered was here.
- The food that was delivered was already cold. One and a half hours later after phoning 2 times.
- When trying to sort it out with them on the phone they tried to shift the blame to all type of excuses.
- When I asked about what is going to happen with the missing items the guy said they will deliver it free of charge (it was supposed to be together so they aren't supposed to charge me for their mistake).
- The service assistant thought it was good enough to give the free delivery as suitable recompense after waiting 2 hours for food already.
- The chicken strips quality and freshness is super low.
- The food was cold.
- The chips was over oily.
- They delivered wrongly, the two items wasn't as ordered. Lemon and Herb and mild turned into a Mild x1 and Hot x 1.
- They didn't ask what type of mayo I wanted. The mayonnaise given was gelatinous.

Overall impression is, stay away. They shift the blame to things out of their control and still get it wrong on the second time round.

On cold flavorless food lights went off when I was there waiting but it's sad to see people give you food like you asking for it and not paying sad

Love this Mochachos.we regulars here for Burgers.however.pls work on ur Rice and strips.found atleast 4 tablespoons of Oil in mine.had to give it to the dog during Ramadaan. Felt that I couldn't give it to anyone to eat as it was that bad. Strips were hard. Reason why I'm not giving a bad rating is because this was my none bad experience and we always go back.but I'm asking to please upgrade the rice and strips to its former glory as I'm a rice person and when everyone has a burger or the chicken I have rice with mine. Jzk

Highly disgusted and unimpressed with Mochachos Bostmont, I have ordered food at around 17: 30 and they told me my order would take 35 mins. I called at 18: 40 because I needed to know how far my order was, I called 6 times and the phone has just rung and gone straight to voicemail, very very very very very very very very very annoyed

Always bear in mind whether I am ur last client or 1st, give 100%, u never know if I cud be a food critiq or my fam member. Dissapointing strips was half cut not a full strips so tech got 3x cut in to half.x3 orders.chips bit stale, over spiced portions not equal. Pls check out- Northgte mach.

It took them 40 minutes to prepare a toasted chicken and mayo as well as just 6 chicken strips instead of the 25 minutes promised. The toasted chicken & mayo was Decent HOWEVER the chicken strips were terrible! Honestly it tasted stale definitely not the Mochacho's way! It was so bad I could only eat 2 out of the 6 chicken strips. Definitely not coming back

Delivery an hour and half late. Food was cold and very dissapointing. The burger and chips were mushy and not tasty whatsovever. And they also forgot my coke. Wouldn't recommend Mochachos Bosmont.

Food is always fresh and tasty sometimes the chicken is on the dry side but otherwise thumbs up

Love the food but imagine coming all the way from Soweto for their great meals and all their meals exclude potato cheaps. I was so disappointed. Their excuse they just switched off the chips deep fryers yet still preparing burgers and full chicken from scratch. Had to to wait for 45min.

Very good service.
Staff members are friendly and helpful and they pay attention to detail.

Their rolls are fresh and so are the wraps.
The fillings are saucy and flavourful.
Their portions are generous and fill you up regardless of the hunger.

All round great take out or eat in store

The most tender chicken burgers you will taste. Always ask for the chips to be fried a little extra crispy. The hot wings are amazing.
Friendly staff and always efficient service.

Placed and order at 10: 30am (to beat the lunch time rush) time on our slip is 10.45am yet only delivered 11.56am, The food is so cold it's like it has been taken out of a fridge.when you call to complain, you just get told 'we are busy'. They even write their own tip on the slip so be aware before giving the delivery guy any tip above the slip. To me a delivery that is less than 2km away from their premises should not take this long.

Staff very friendly helpfull and efficient. Food was well prepared tasted excellent and served in good time.

They take long to prepare the food, however the food is damn good. I guess it's true, good food takes time

Food is always well prepared. Sanitizer protocols followed and posters very informative on covid in the shop

The food needs abit of improvement but they have the best service ever. The staff and management are super friendly

To be honest Mochachos Bosmont could have been on a better location. All Mochachos sell nice chicken and French fries. With the lockdown, I must congratulate them for observing all ne essay protocols and enforcing it too. Small area, but I felt safe

Food was very nice and tasty. The price was cheap. R60 for 2 burgers on a Saturday. Sanitizer didnt work and food took a bit of time but i must say it was worth the wait. Will definitely be buying there again
