Morningside Mediclinic-ER

The administrative staff, nursing staff and doctors, who attended to my husband at this ER on 14/09/2023 communicated so effectively, were extremely courteous, attentive, caring, thorough and professional. We are very grateful to them and were so impressed. Thanks to all concerned!

I’ve never gotten such great service from a hospital. The nurses were amazing especially Silo Lawrence (hope I got the name right) she was so bubbly and friendly.and I think the other one was Lena. She (Lena) took my iv out so amazingly. I was waiting for the pain only to realize the needle was out already. This is a first ever for me cause those IV’s are pain in my side always bloody sore. I was also in and out in record time. Went into theatre before the scheduled time (another first) and my doctor came to see me soon after I came out of theatre which is another first for me. From my doctor (Candice Truda), anaesthetist (Dr Nicol Carreira) who had fantastic bedside manner and a great personality, nurses even to the gentleman at receptionI’m truly grateful for the smiles and friendly service. Even the pharmacist (Mischak Monene) was fantastic and made sure my meds didn’t contain stuff I have allergic reactions to. I was still waiting for IV to be removed when the pharmacy sms’d me saying my medication was ready for collection. Well done to you all, you were all absolute stars ️️️much appreciated

No one likes a visit to the ER but our visit here was seamless.
Everyone was friendly and helpful, compassionate and personable.
