Mr Price Centurion reviews
25 With all respect we live in a democracy country, but they dont cater for all male groups except one. Always crouded and never have my size, if ever i find something i might like.
I would rather visit other Mr Prices but never again Centurion malls one
Iwas disappointed with the service that Irecieved there, iwas collecting my laybe yesterday iwas first assisted by Ntokozo she took my laybe reciept, she gave it to Percy iwaited there for 1: 30 minutes ignored, until ask them, they kept telling me that they are checking, if Mr price centurion Mall improve they way they handle their laybe collection that will be better
Great products, although shop was a little in a shambles, clthes on the floors, trying to find assistance was challenging
Very busy que was quite long but that can be due the festive season. Staff were friendly even thou you could see they were tired and had a very long day. Well done to the staff for staying cheerful.
The queues are always ridiculous long zig zagging through the store, and feels like there is no diffirence in speed if there is 2 or 4 tills in use.
Store is always musty warm and dislike going there!
Very ignorant staff not too accommodative when it comes to language barriers, security is also very bad
It's a bad service. Since I requested a phone purchase assistant from 10: 56 now is 11: 55.i never saw this kind of service in my entire life. They don't even have a cautious when you stay very close to their cash tills.
Nice to enter a clothing store and see what you want. Support needs attention, but could after a while help
Opened an account, collected my card at mr price home when i go for clothing shopping to the value of more than R3200 when i use my card was informed is not activated i have to come back tomorrow after long time i spent shopping then i persited that im from far they must help me, it was bad expirience as i was not feeling well at the same time
Amazing where you have 30 people in the queue waiting to pay and you have 2 tellers at peak times. Perhaps you would attract more patronage if you can manage this better.surprisingly so many staff just hanging around. Of course looking for someone on the floor in non existent as usual.
This star should be Half.
Or a minus 3 stars.
Whoever is in charge of this store should catch a wake up and train the staff members.
They are rude, Confused and don't look like they are at work (the one who assisted me)
I bought two things one had make up on, I had to pay for it as it was. The other had no price tag, She was laughing and talking waiting for someone to come and get the garment so that they can bring the price tag. I asked her if it would be ok for me to go get a price tag myself seing that standing there is a waste of my time. She only heard waste of my time.
We were on the line for over 30min.
The short is a mess. Some garments all over the place not hanged. This shorp needs proper management. Give your staff proper training. And encourage them to look the part.
After standing in a line for 30min. We decided to just walk out and leave. There were only 3 people assisting customers and no cards only person like in other MRP shops. Not the best experience. The shop is nice and fully stocked and would have loved to make a purchase.
Spent about 2 hours total here for 5 items. 90 minutes was spent waiting in line, paying, seeing a problem on our way out (one item was scanned twice) and reporting it to the supervisor. Most of these 90 minutes were spent trying to convince the supervisor that the plastic shopping bag was not worth R 200. This Mr Price is the Home Affairs edition.
Worst MRP ever, my phone was stolen in the store and the staff was unwilling to assist with the issue and apparently their camera's in their store does not work. Very crowded place, products and items are unorganized and the place is dirty.
I waited on the queue to pay for 40 minutes before I could be assisted, but I guess it's festives rush
Not bad at all. Went there to look for kids hair Fibre and apparently, Centurion doesn't have. Ended up buying other cheap goodies
The security at the door was chatting to what seems like acquaintances. So we passed the security without sanitising our hands. Just to be called back to do so. But we couldn't upon entering because the security guard was blocked by people she talked to.
If you are a size small of XXL then you will be able to shop here, no medium or large sizes available and staff do not help customers.
The consultant I asked about the colour of a jacket I wanted to buy was so rude walking away while talking, I followed her to listen and she finally says " if colour eo ga o e bone, ha e teng" meaning is if you dont see that there, we dont have it. The attitude though! She had no name tag
Today, Saturday the 20th of March I visited this shop, and was shocked how the shop management are poorly managing COVID-19 protocols. Apart from the sanitisation which ones receives at the entrance, there was no attempt whatsoever to ensure and let alone remind customers to keep safe distances between the sevens and others. The worst was the queue to the payment counter, where customers were literally crowded, not observing the marks on the ground to maintain safe distances (and these are hardly visible despite the brightness and red colour theme of the retail shop). I had to alert this to the floor manager, who took time to respond, taking me remind at least three packers to do so. When the manager (Percy) eventually arrived (after 4-5 minutes), he was first very defensive but realised how futile this was, as I told him that it was irresponsible on the part of the shop to prioritise profits at the dear expense of health of their customers. He then started to manage the queue, but this was really a botched up exercise as the tills remained overpopulated with customers - a clear testimony that they had no idea as to how many people were in the shop and how many needed to be admitted under the circumstances, and whether it was required of them to control admissions. Simply said, I found this experience an absolute shocker, which explains why COVID-19 will not come to an end soon (er) and why it does not dawn on those whose focus is to make profit from the general public why it is important to ensure that we do not succumb to the third wave.
