Nando's Castle Gate Drive Thru

Went through the drive in, when we got to the window to receive our order, they told us to wait in the parking lot. 15 Minutes later they bring our food, we ordered x2 avo and halloumi boujee bowls - there was no avo or haloumi inside, only chicken and rice. Very dissapointed in the quality of service and the quality of food.

Service was fast and issued with a friendly smile. However Nandos is very pricey. Half chicken at R99.00 without sides.
Crazy.
Just saying.

Ordered 2 double chicken burgers. The one bun looked like it had mould on it. The chicken did not taste fresh at all.

The chips tasted old aswell.

The food was great. However, the staff were shouting at each other and they were standing next to each other. This was noisy and unpleasant. Its a workplace - not a social gathering. I will try them again - conveniently located and as I said, good food. But if its this unpleasant again, I will stay away.

So disappointed, I made it extra clear to please make my livers and boujee extra saucy as I like it with my boujee bowl. No regard was given and it looks like NO sauce was added to my livers, never mind extra sauce. Worst nandos out there, rather go to menlyn.

Its a takeaway restaurant thats why its a 2 on atmosphere. But damn good chicken. Schmaak it

Staff was friendly and service was good but the chips was undercooked. We ordered wraps which was cold and mine was supposed to be without onions. A little disappointed.

I orderd a pulled Chicken Pita and found pices of bone inside i left the food right there and then. It was a bad experience for me!?

Drive-thru is quick and easy! Do not make a mistake of going in to place your order, you'll wait a thousand years to get your food. Drive-thru is your saving grace!

Livers and roll were delicious! We also had the Perinaise, avo and carmelised onion burgers and it was great.

If you compare the chicken avo haloumi bowl from Nando's Castle Gate to the same bowl on from Jean Crossing. Jean Crossing wins by yards.there is a big difference.should you not get the same standard from any Nando's. The same comparison was made for the chicken strips

Third time in a row I did not receive the complete order. Very sad since the food is tasty when you actually get it however since I do not enjoy gambling I will not order from Nandos Castle Gate again.

Waited half an hour in the drive through, then the wrap I ordered was so soggy it stuck to the cardboard wrapping and fell apart.

Placed an online order and paid just to get to collection who sends you to the pay tills queue on Friday night full of people! Whats the point of Nandos Online, management, u r back in the stone age! Castle Gate Nandos just cant get things right! Moral of the story NEVER use the Nandos online or app and never pay online so u can cancel order for their incompetence!

Poor service, staff drinking alcohol during working hours not attending us customers bad attitude when you call them for help, it was a disaster

We ordered via drive-thru. The quarter chicken was not cooked well, some wedges were cooked well and other still raw. The prego was very disappointing. Money definitely wasted.

Another wonderful new Nando’s with a drive-thru. Great location, nice clean shop and friendly staff. The meal was fantastic as always, I even got some extra mayo for my double burger! Nando’s new look and layout really looks festive and helps make each visit a magnificent experience. I love IT!

Absolutely the friendliest person behind the cash register. Helpful and with good advice. I will go back for her service.

My food on one hand was really good, however my girlfriend that does not eat meat ordered a perinaise avo and caramelized onion pita that on the menu states vegetarian V in green (so not the vitality V) still got chicken on it.

Very slow drive through service, chicken burger very bland with very little garnish and I could have rather bought 2 pizzas for the R170.00
