Nando's Croydon Drive Thru

Went in for a takeaway, the lady that served me was very polite and added suggestions. The food was prepared quickly and it was tasty.
The next day the leftover were great too.
Had the full chucked and sides as well as pulled chicken bowls. All delish, the salad was fresh and the lettuce leaves still crunchy. Thumbs up Nandos Croydon

I bought 5 1/4 chicken and wedges and they only packed 4 1/4 chicken and 5 wedges. When I called the store to complain the manager promised they will deliver the other missing 1/4 chicken and they did deliver it but it looked like it was cooked with water. It looked and tasted like boiled chicken with no flavour.

Sat down waiting for someone to help with the order and no-one helped. Eventually we walked out and went somewhere else

Went to the drive thru, paid, and was asked to wait 5 minutes. 15 minutes later and nothing. The most perthetic service received from that branch. The manager should be fired. The food was not even up to scratch.

I had a really kak day at work and I was greeted by the most amazing staff member who immediately lifted my spirits. Whoever is manning the takeout window collection point tonight (24 March) needs an increase. I haven’t received received such amazing, kind and friendly service in a very long time. I wish I got his name!

One of the nicer Nandos branches in my opinion. Would have liked it if the food was served a bit quicker

Service delivery end up happening but takes very long. Please Store Management should seriously take this in hands.

Their chicken is always of the best, sit down or takeaway. When I'm hungry it always hit the spot.

I ordered 2 sides of the roasted vegetables via Mr D. The portions are so small. It doesnt even fill half of their container. I moved the vegetables so you can see how shallow the serving is. This can't possibly fill a dishing spoon but costs R36 per serving. Even if I put both of these in one container, it will only fill half of the container at best. It's a rip off. I advise you don't buy it.

I ordered a chicken prego and the onions were still raw and the chicken very dry and not well seasoned

It's one of my favorite Nandos's to go to. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and the food there is just amazingly different in taste. I love it.

I can do it right here no need for customer services. I placed an order online for kerbside pickup. I parked where indicated and waited and waited and waited. After 20 mins past the recommended pickup time I had to get out the car and walk into the store to fetch my order myself. It was already ready but the staff was just standing around. 3 stars is generous. There was 2 patrons sitting inside so it was not even busy.

Slowest service n there is no drive through collections. Some of us don't like walking into restaurant as we try to avoid covid at all cost

Bad customer service on their drive-thru. The lady in the last window was rude and looked stressed. Never going back there again

I've only used the drive-through.
All experiences have been good.
Friendly staff.
Strict adherence to Covid regulations.
Occasionally there is a wait if they are very busy, but the food is worth the wait.

The staff are friendly and very efficient. This place does not get too crowded so you will be in and out within 15-20 minutes most times. Plus, I love their food!

Sitdown service was good even visit from management to ask if everything was OK.first for me in a Nandos. Well done

Nonsense service received i waited no one was there till i parked the car and walked the worst part they didn't even apologize i was so disappointed

Flame grilled chicken! Just what you need when the hunger has been growing for a while. Plenty of parking to pop in for some strips and chips.
