Nando's Douglasdale

The area were people wait for their take away orders is too cluttered. The Uber drivers should have another designated area for collections cause there is just not enough space for all the other customers waiting.

I do not know who's on opening shift Sunday 26 November 2023. But you are late.

It's 10: 30 (half an hour after opening time) and the restaurant is still closed!

How dare I want a Nandos breakfast.

Appalling! Cannot believe that Nando’s standard has dropped to this level. Seriously contemplating never ordering from them again. Even though I am a fan of the food.
Ordered on the app. They did not even recognize the reference number when we eventually got hold of them.
I complained 3 times on the app and did not get a call.
I messaged the ‘driver’ and tried to call him only to be told there was no driver because they have no drivers.
Very disappointed.

I ordered hot pot pap, hot flavor but was given a lemon and herb flavor instead. I went back to let them know of the error and thought they would redo my order but instead they spilled out the relish and meat and poured in hot flavor. My meal was untidy, not well presentable and still has the lemon flavor.

As a paying customer, I don’t appreciate this treatment by the Nandos staff. The error was on their end and I don’t appreciate the manner in which this was handled. I wanted to return to the store to return the order but I can’t further waste my time to be given poor service.

Placed an order through the app with Nando’s Douglasdale for delivery at 18: 20. At 20: 00, since we have not received the order and had no feedback, we phone to get told that the order hasn’t even left the store and they will try arrange for delivery. Absolutely shocking service with no communication or feedback. Either get it right or cancel your delivery service!

As a vegetarian Nandos used to make a special pita order for me previously, pita with cheese, peri chips and salad garnish plus the sauces and mayo. They outright refused to accept the request.

The absolute worst CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ordered food off the Nandos app and when my food got delivered they didn’t bring drink. I thought it was gonna be a quick fix BUT LITTLE DID I KNOW I was GOING TO FIGHT NANDOS FOR MY DRINK. They don’t answer calls and the number they have displayed on they app doesn’t work. The manager spoke to me and DIDNT HELP ONE BIT.

Lady at the counter said they are busy if I don't mind waiting longer for my order, she also said if I had further shopping in the center, I can go ahead and give her my number she will call me when my order is ready.

Probably the best nandos I have been to great service. They get your order right and it's very quick

These guys are jokers, you place an order, pay online and they decide to deliver half of the items you paid for. When you ask them to add everything, they just leave and ignore you. Now, I must get up and go to the store to resolve this because they do not answer the phone.
After charging a whole 30% extra on their online menu, this is the service you get.

Ordered 1/2 chicken and received 2 breast. Was it the front half of the chicken. Next time can I have the back half. The drum sticks end. Not good man.

After a long 5 year break we decided to give Douglasdale another go.to our absolute disgust and disappointment we will definitely never return, we ordered strips and rice with extra haloumi and only got 3 tiny pieces of chicken strips and two small pieces of haloumi.they never delivered our chips that was part of a burger meal.the kids meals were fine but we left still feeling hungry after giving the driver a more than generous tip and wasted 20 minutes for n the phone to try and report it. We will stick to our trusty Bryanston branch!

Waited 40min for strips & rice to get home with the wrong flavour. Staff completely disorganized laughing while customers got frustrated. Never seen such bad service at any other Nandos in the country, scoring one star, because there is no option for -6

Didn't enjoy my experience however I may or may not be back, found the burger I ordered seemed to be portioned differently or made differently and the portion size of the patty was a bit small

Love this Nandos. It is quick and the staff are really friendly. Whether I order in the store or online, the food is the same. Other places aren't as great with their food delivery. It's great for a lunch meeting as well as even with the lunch rush, it doesn't get loud. The staff also keep the place really clean

The best Nando's I have had in a long time. I had almost given up hope after being disappointed until a friend invited me to join her there. Full points to this branch.a fantastic meal coupled with awesome friendly service. Keep it up.

The louder we sing the hotter the wing, tastes within. Your spicy little beast with only two little feet.

My go to Nandos! Good quality, fresh and tasty food. Not stingy with the sauces. Amazing friendly employees. Love it.

The delivery guy took our order then left to deliver on a motorbike while we waited for our order. Food was old and dry
