It's a nice chilled place to have a conversation and I really enjoy the music especially on Saturday

It is always a pleasure going to this News Cafe. The service is fantastic. The staff is like family and always so friendly.

Very proper and good place to be.but improve the area of toilet, that couch next to entrance of toilet must be removed cos is not enjoyable to have ur food in peace n refreshing air in that space once people exiting the toilet passing by the couch! 2. Dont sell us beer during 30minutes towards bar closing time, wher should we drink our left over cos we drive at night to our places.let us finish our drinks n 30 before closing dont sell us anything! 3. Sound system volume must be normal, down bit during the week please cos we not all came for buzz drink n get drunk, we do our meeting's there, work, business, e.t. C

Music was poor, waitress services slow and unprofessional in handling food. Poor mask management by staff.

The quality of good services combined with good food and vibes, makes it the best place to be. Great music as well.

The service was great and I enjoyed the peri peri chicken wings which was nice and tasty, my overall experience was great.

I was very disappointed at the service I received at News cafe mall at 55 monavoni branch.
Arrived there and had to wait at the door for quiet some time before anyone attended to us, we ordered our food and waited over 30 minutes! And only after 30 minutes of waiting the waiter tells us that they don’t have chips, which came as a real shock because it took him an entire 30 minutes to realize that there were no chips!
I didn’t ask for a salad as a substitute for the chips, but they gave me breakfast with a salad (under the basis of an assumption that I was going to have the meal with salad!) I was very disappointed about this and to top it off they didn’t have mushrooms which are supposed to come with the meal, but I was not informed about this yet again while placing the orders, yet we still paid the full price for our meals even though the items in the meal were missing.
My tea was also delivered with no milk, which led to me having to go stand at the counter to request milk cause my waiter didn’t even ask if I wanted it.
That was not good value for money.
I had to go to the closest Wimpy to get proper breakfast.
This news cafe branch honestly ruined my day!
