5Amazing, I was visiting the dermatologist for any cancer spots which she kindly burnt out. Service from the doctors and staff was incredible
Terrible service. They don't do what they say and change their policies every time I interact with them. The reception staff is extremely rude, immature and seems to lack basic people skills (especially the red head "centre manager"). It's sad because I can physically see the decline in service (since I've used them for years). My family and I will be taking our business somewhere else. Oh and ps: don't bother updating your personal details via their portal, it won't pull through and they'll still send the bill to your old medical aid.

The black woman performing your COVID testing in the basement is now of the rudest I have had to deal with. Zero empathy or bedside manner - and this is my second poor experience with her. I will not be back!
