Odi Community Hospital reviews
12I went to a reproductive unit a very welcoming nurse n she does her job extremely well.my next visit is 2mr I hope 2 find de same person for my check up.very helpful n she explained everything accordingly.unfortunately ddn tyk her badge name big up to u sister
Bad experience. I think there isn't enough doctors because you can wait for whole day and night in casualty without being attended to. Extremely poor service.
Didn't have a good experience at this facility people seems to be angry and not really about patients
Worst service and, long ques without service rendered. Dubbed the hospital of death. No service delivery just like with any institution government owned.
The security guards there are very rude. While we were waiting outside for the visiting hours to start, I noticed an old laying on a cement seat with vomitus all over him, I called the security guard to call a porter to come take him to casualty, when I instructed her she looked at me and said "hebanna". They are even inconsiderate of other staff members from other hospital. There's no courtesy whatsoever. I didn't take photos for privacy and confidentiality. And also goes against the POPI act.
Medical negligence, I'm writing this 07: 13 and l arrived with my sister yesterday at 7pm till now no help and she is in pain, they are saying they can't find her file, they keep on ignoring me, l don't what kinda of a hospital does that, they aren't attending to her ever since we arrive I'm afraid l will lose my sister
I had the worst experience in this Hospital. Their rude nurses and medical negligence cost me my child!
Yal don't even care.surely in there for the money and not because yal care for the people.
You people are playing with our lives. But Oh well. Every dog has its day.
The worst "hospital" i've gon to. Poor service. I am writing this review at 1: 19 right now because i waited for someone to help me since 4: 00pm. It is such a disappointment that no-one helped me since i came with an ambulance. Luckily im not on my death bed.this "hospital" doesnt need stars at all. IT NEEDS MORE DOCTORS. South african unemployment rate are too low but with more graduates. How come they dont hire doctors in this useless "hospital". I hate South Africa so much.
The Service here is way beyond incompetence, I have been waiting for over 3hours just for Covid 19 screening, I even missed my appointment, there is no sence of urgency. I even went to the help desk because I was too late for my appointment and wanted to know what to do, the lady just looked at me and said "oho".
It is so sad because there are people who urgently need help and unfortunately they have nowhere else to go.
This is just unacceptably bad
What a wooow! For the first time being in this hospital mara the way they've treated me it's so amazing.i don't know such thing in KZN.to all staff member @ ODI COMMUNITY HOSPITAL keep it up including their security.
Poor service, how can you be in a que for five hours and no attendance at all? The management is crazily lacking
