I unfortunately have to agree on many of the reviews on the negative experiences they had from this company. My kingsize bed is still under guarantee and the motor does not lift the bed due to the motor casing that is broken. I asked the CEO several times to replace the motor but the response is just that the broken casing is not part of the motor. Point is the motor does not work hence it should be replaced under its two year guarantee. I will never recommend this company to anyone!

I recently had a Laminectomy operation and have found my current mattress uncomfortable to the extent I have woken up with my whole body aching not to mention disrupted sleep. We then found Ryan of Orthopedic Pillow and Mattress. What amazing service we recieved. Brought home my new mattress topper and pillows and now have the best sleep ever. Waking in the morning with no discomfort which I thought would never exist again.

Great product. I have been so pleased with both my bed and pillow purchase. Could not have asked for an easier or more efficient and friendly service. There isn’t a zero star rating so I’m forced to give them lone star which they don’t even deserve! Don’t make the mistake of dealing with these liars! Horrific customer service and a terribly poor quality product. I feel ripped off having paid R50K for a bed and receiving such poor service. I’ve been waiting for three weeks for them to fix my crooked NEW bed! A bunch of liars! From Solo the salesperson to Ryan and Linda who don’t keep their promises.

We thought we had a comfy bed but when we stayed over at a friend who had one of these mattresses we were taken to a whole new level! First thing we asked on waking up was, what type of mattress was that? We are building and as soon as we are done we will be investing in one of our own. NEXT LEVEL comfort!

Friendly staff and very helpful. Lots of guidance in choosing a mattress. Quality feel and materials. I dont regret buying a bed from them. I would definitely refer people to them.
