Very disappointing service. The receptionist is very friendly but the sales team takes forever to get back to you if at all. I've been struggling for several days to just get a formal quote on basic punches and dies for a machine the supply and manufacture. Maybe they are understaffed, but my experience until now hasn't been a good one. If this changes I will update my review.
