Great play area that caters for kids of all ages. The food and service is excellent.
Great place to spend a fun day out with the whole family.

Our family enjoyed a wonderful lunch at Papachinos Broadacres today. It was a hot day and we chose to sit outside under their very shady umbrellas. The pizzas were delicious and the atmosphere great. Have a look out for their great collection of Ferrari memorabilia and huge 1952 cinema projector amongst other interesting collectibles.

Oh we did not have a good experience. The food took long to come n when it did it was cold. We sent it back for warming, which was a bigger mistake as they don't microwave it so it queued again. By the time it came our date was spoilt, we put it in a doggie bag n did not even consume it after that. Papachinos, weekends are your busy days, get your scheduling ratio right. Dining out is a luxury for some of us at the cost of living now a days, don't make it a grudge purchase: - (

My kids got madly in love with the place. Waiters always around to serve and make your experience worthwhile. Food delicious and great portions. Impressive

The waiter was very accommodating to us needing to move where the kids were. He was friendly to the kids too. The food was delicious

This is the best place for a family outing. The staff is friendly and the food is delicious.

Great service. The waiters are very kind and professional and the manager is friendly. Goes out of his way to make sure you as a customer are good and comfortable. He also recommends what is best to eat. Everything aligns there!

Papachinos has become one of the best restaurants and mostly because the staff and management. A little friendly goes a long way!

We celebrated my son-in-law's birthday with lovely pizzas and burgers while my grandchildren played happily in the playground.

I mean, it's Papachinos. One can never go wrong here! Great wine list, fresh sushi. I like the water station they have for the kids! Always a win!

This one was really nice, plenty of play area for kids, alot of slides for kids to play on they can also make their pizza. Really enjoyed it. I'm taking off the one star because it really does get full and there isn't a lot of space between tables plus I think they have less waitres than the tables, we kept getting a drink or even food that we didn't order that was meant for a different table. But overall, I would probably go again just to see if I can give them 5 stars:)

Not a bad restaurant at all. The only qualm I have is the slow-ish service. Was there on a Sunday morning for breakfast and, as good as the food is, I found the service to be a bit lack-lustre.

Had my son's birthday lunch here. Kids play area is the best I have experienced so far. Meals were great. Staff was friendly and efficient. They get really busy.

Here two months later. Already had two issues. The umbrella was missing a bolt and almost closed on us. Water was served in a glass that had lipstick on it. Downgrading to 3 star.

So back again. This time going down to an 2 star rating. Been waiting for a kiddies Margarita pizza for over 30 minutes now. Still hasn't arrived. First had to ask for a glass of water 3 times before getting it. Service has gotten worse on each visit. Seems they cannot handle peak times very well.

Staying with my 2 star rating.this time we were charged for hot tap water with a slice of lemon. This was never charged for before. This was not even told to us, we only noticed when we received the bill that we had been charged R8 per glass of hot tap water. Would have been nice to be told that this was now being billed to us before it was done. 2021 back again. Just can't believe that you now pay for hot tap water. Very disappointed with that considering we have been patrons at Papachinos for many years and have always ordered the hot water with lemon before our meals and generally a coffee afterwards. Now even the water is being charged for.

Fantastic wide variety menu and for a middle priced restaurant the food was top class. Children play area. Full bar and cocktails. Service could have been a bit quicker

Probably the best papachinos I’ve been to with the family. Clean play area, good food, well trained and friendly staff.

It is always a pleasure to go here for some family time. Wonderful place for kids to play safely while the oldies enjoy their meals and fellowship.

Found it a little crowded. Food was acceptable but not a culinary experience. Children's facilities were of course great

I love how much they're to kids and they're so accommodating to children and what more does a parent want than to see their children happy and enjoying themselves and food.

Papachinos is a lovely family restaurant. Amazing for all aged kids with their outdoor play area. Also lovely for people without kids.
It has a lively atmosphere. The menu has a great variety of different foods and the portion sizes are great, always enough for takeaways

It's an excellent place to dive with kids. Good food, good service and great facilities for kids.
