Feeling very disappointed. Restaurant was very crowded. Very noisy and the food dreadful. The carrot cake was so full of baking powder my mouth is burning a day later! Highlight of the day. Scotty the waiter!

Covid protocols is non existent. There's a 100 percent capacity and the play area is packed with kids that have no masks. They literally playing ontop of each other. No social distancing at all. It's ridiculous and I will not be visiting again during covid. Highly disappointed

Cool place to go if you are looking for a place to entertain the kiddios- child minders on hand as well - great food too to go with the great weather:)

Excellent service, can see the restaurant is focussed on customer service. The food is of great quality and fresh. We had "doggy-bags" and the attention to the packing and condiments were excel. Well deserving of a 5 star rating

Great place for family kids have play area and you can have business meetings while you are baby seating.

Host at the front does not know how to wear his mask.

Made us wait while he seated several walk ins that arrived after us, simply due to the party size being larger than ours.

I understand you're busy but be honest with your customers. Appalling service. Wasted our time waiting for a table that was constantly being given away to other people.

Regret the visit yesterday, people sat on top of each other with not a single mask around. Kids area overrun too many kids on the jungle gyms. One unisex toilet to almost 300 people at a guess. Even pre social distancing I won’t attend, could barely get up from my seat.

What a gem if you want a place with a play area for the kiddos! Huge play areas which you can sit and watch from your table with a lovely menu with huge variety.

The experience of looking at 5 storeys of designer furniture is awesome and made even more so by Papachinos themed menu. Friendly staff greet you from the moment you set foot at the venue. The food was tasty and nicely presented. The portions are lovely and generous.

We absolutely love this place! The staff is amazingly friendly, the pizza delicious and the jungle gyms are disinfected regularly. We'll definitely be back soon!

P.s. Visited papachinos in February 2021 (one year after previous visit). Food was not good. Lasagna had big pcs of fat. Beef Asian salad was OK, but taste of beef was weird. My daughter could not eat halloumi starter-it was too salty. Chicken wings were hardly warm and tasted like they were not freshly cooked and not crispy also. Potatoes on the side were raw and not eatable at all. We will not be back: (

From the moment you enter to the time you leave, staff are helpful and welcoming. Our waitress was a disappointment to the extent we had about 2 other waiters assist us during our lunch. The kids enjoyed the play area and the pizzas. All round good experience being outdoors while under the shade of umbrellas. Location is also great as it is across Monte casino, close distance to Sunninghill, Lonehill, Paulsof and etc. Recommended for family, friend gatherings with young children.

Easy accessible venue with good variety on menu. Attentive staff. No provision for fans or anything to move the air around. Heat levels outside under umbrellas unbearable.

We went in for lunch with friends. The restaurant was extremely busy and did not feel to comfortable as a result due to covid. The food was really good and the portion size was decent. The wait time was not to bad given how busy the restaurant was. The covid protocols could be better I.e having sanitisers on the tables could help.
