Parrots

Went for breakfast last week. Waiter was really good! Food & drink were lovely. My boyfriend’s scrambled eggs however was way undercooked and soggy - but other than that, no complaint:)

Disgusted, brought my pasta out inside tinfoil in stead of a bowl with prawn inside with the shell still on.dont know how a person is suppose to de-shell a prawn that is submerged in pasta and how your expeted to eat out of a piece of tin foil when you go to a sitdown restuarant.
The manager then proceeded to argue with me about the pasta.very bad service

My absolute favourite restaurant in the entire world. I recommend this over and over and over. The service is 10, the food is a 10, the atmosphere is a 10. Go here if you want peace of mind.

I'm 60km away from this restaurant and it's always worth the traveling, best food, best service, the only thing that needs a bit of attention is the cleanliness of the bathrooms

The food is great. I don't know who makes your pies, but they are the best.
I would have appreciated the lady who served me at the express counter to attend to me as customer and not talk on her phone about how tired she is - it was just after 13: 00. The cold drink was not cold.

Service not good. Salids has more lettuce in and not 2 fresh, went back 2 in the old end got hold of the owner as the pies were burned

Really sad to see how the portion sizes shrinked, from a few months ago. Always thought it was good value for money but not anymore.

I have been going to Parrots since the 90's and since then I have visited many of their new franchises. They never disappoint, the food and the service has always been great. Visiting a Parrots in any major shopping mall for me is a no brainer. Quality gauranteed, not to be taken lightly in this day and age. My hats off to them for keeping the standards up spanding decades.

We had spinach and feta pancakes, with a cheese sauce. (suggest you add a little less feta cheese).
As well as cappucino.
Compliments to the Chef.

Had executive breakfast, the entire plate of food was cold, mushrooms, steak, eggs the whole lot, the brown bread was obviously frozen and then reheated for breakfast, it was so hard and chewy I had to cut it with a steak knife, worst breakfast by far, don't even try their breakfast absolutely terrible.

Usually parrots is a good place to be, good food, good staff, good open plan environment, well located but this time the chicken barbecue I ordered was not well cooked. Had to take it home and microhave it before making any judgment!

Not too much impressed.

The service was slow, and for "non regular visitors" the "Monday halve price sushi" is misleading.

The small text at the bottom of the huge poster, indicating, "excluding public holidays and school holidays" is misleading.

The service were so slow, I had my drink, for which I had to wait almost 15 minutes and then left. Other customers were also unhappy with the response time.

The waitron were friendly, but unfortunately that is not enough.

Not my best restaurant experience.

Very dissapointed. It's was half price Sushi night. We drove almost 30km to have some sushi. When we got there, sorry no special because of the school holiday. The reason then there would be to much people that want to eat sushi. Somewhere it is written in small letter, that I did not see.

Lekkerste Alfredo! Heerlik! Sal beslis weer by hulle gaan eet. My dogter het stir fry bestel, en was heel verbaas oor die porsie grootte, maar het heerlik geeeet. Uit die boonste rakke! Heerlik geeeet. Parrots Kollonade.

Me and my friends had a gr8 evening. I enquired about their menu and wasinvited to come in as they can prepare something to meet our needs and they did exactly that.
The staff was welcoming, service was excellent. I will definitely go there again.

Friendly, efficient, engaged service with a smile, always a pleasure to grab a hash brown breakfast here. Excellent value for money.

Service was very poor in the smoker's section. Waiter was not trained properly. Waited very long for our drinks. He had to come back a 2nd time for the food order. Seems like he could not read his own handwriting. Disappointed.

Must have been the worst tasing Pepper Steak pie I ever had in my life. The filling looked like Chicken and Mushroom but had a pepper taste. There was not one piece of meat in the pie only a pale cream coloured sauce. Use to have sit down meals but I only bought a take away pie this time, extremely dissatisfied with this pie

I would like to thank Johnny for coming back to me with an apology. Will definetly be seeing them again in the near future. Before this experience I always liked the restaurant, things haven't really changed, will still support them they have a nice menu and drinks selection.
