I really enjoy your food & the friendly service from the staff and I have been a customer for this specific restaurant for years, I even bring my own staff regularly for lunch there but today I was so disappointed when I purchased a wing bucket meal at your kiosk, they served it in small round tin, all my fries and wings chucked in on top of each other, can't even put sauces. I asked the manager why this, he simply responded by saying "that's how we used to serve it back then when we started" (when was that year 1970?) he showed a lack of interest towards customer's whom bring business to him, even the staff had way better customer service than the manager, I'm so disappointed and annoyed that the treatment you get when you sit in and when you buy for take away is not the same, understand we not just coming in foods only but also the experience and just for that you have lost a customer.

Great food, great service, stunning restaurant... Always a pleasure coming here with family and friends. Will definitely return

First of all. My order was wrong. So i asked them to give my pizza to me as a takeaway so my brother can eat his pizza while we wait for my replacement pizza to he made. I just got home and there is ZERO cheese on my pizza. Not even a crumb. I tried to phone to see if they can rectify the issue but all I get is a prerecorded message. Welcome to parrots centurion please wait for assistance. After 2 minutes of waiting ZERO assistance.
A pizza without cheese? Seriously?

O’ve always enjoyed eating at Parrots but was VERY disappointed today. The eisbeins are horrible, both was so dry because its deep fried! This at a cost of R180 each! I’ll never order this dish again in Parrots.

The female manager was very rude when I had asked that one of the cocktails ordered be changed as it was not nice and too strong.
She proceeded to tell me that there's nothing she can do and I would have to pay for it.
Thereafter I was kindly assisted by one of the other managers, but unfortunately once I received my meal I found a hair in my pasta.

They are too busy and cannot cope with the December rush.

We came specifically for the waffles after a recommendation. It did not disappoint either. Freshly made waffles with a variety of choices if you wanted some extras to go with it. Really enjoyed it, along with the options for drinks we had alongside. If you're looking for a good spot for dessert, particularly waffles, then I'd highly recommend Parrots.

Bad we ordered and took very long. Very crowded and placing of tables bad. Then when we got the food we found a peace of blooded meat plastic in our food. The manager was informed and food replaced but still not good. And my son that's autistic would have most likely ate it lucky we saw it.

Absolutely value for money. Food is incredible. Huge variety and prices fair for the amount of food you get. Atmosphere were great and the staff quick and helpful. We were a huge group and we didn't wait long for our food either. Family was really impressed with the place and even the managers came to make sure everything were in order. Definately recommend this place and would prefer to go back there if we are in the area.

The ribs and chicken basket tasted awful and after complaining the manager came and only took out the ribs from our plates using a knife without taking the whole plate. Incompetent manager.

The food was really really bland! Even the white sauce on the mussels, tasted like nothing. Pizza was super bland, thin and so disappointing. The sushi tasted weird and sour. I had to get up from my table and tap the waitress on her shoulder almost every single time we needed her. She was literally playing with things with her back to us, and it was very quiet in the restaurant. She even spilled sauce on our table, and I had to clean it. Had to walk through this empty mall at night to get there. The milkshakes where great though. I wont be going back. I feel the whole experience was a waste and I feel very annoyed!

Honestly disappointing. The food was bland. I tasted 3 separate meals aside from my own so it wasn't just me. The waiting staff was very friendly. They were definitely not the problem! The portions were not great either considering the price. It also took a long time to come out of the kitchen. I honestly think I've made better food at home. The view/decor and good service is the only reason it has a 3.

Beautiful outside area. The menu is very broad and you won't have trouble picking the best dish.

My hubby and I love Parrots and it always wins when we have to decide where to eat because of its delicious cocktails. The cocktails were unfortunately not as good with our last visit. The food and atmosphere was great as always though.

Very nice service a bit lacking initially but the improved.food was very good and the ambiance great.

My 1st visit in many years definitely did not disappoint.

My client and spouse both absolutely enjoyed and shared the same sentiment.

Every time I have come to this Parrots has been a pleasure. The staff are friendly and anything ordered off the menu is a win.

A great place to relax and have a good time with affordable but drinks and delicious food. There's a river nearby which smells terrible so stay inside or outside if you don't mind the smell.

Vibrant atmosphere, with good clean, tables and the waiters are friendly. The food is of a good quality and the prices are competitive.
