Love the new renovations, only problem was that the smoking section is at the childrens play area, when there are costomers who smoke you smell it at the play area

Great place for good food! The new play area makes it easy for parents with young kids to take a quick break!

Their food is great. But they always take so long with their food. Also the second time that I ordered decaf cappuccino and it still had cafeine. And I'm allergic to cafeine.

It's been a while since I've been at Piatto's. I don't know if this is all branches or just this particular branch, but I really didn't enjoy my visit. The menu is quite boring with inflated prices. Ended up just getting a focaccia with garlic and cheese which was tasty. The décor is a bit dated (the booths can use with new covers on the benches). Staff seems to be fighting a lot and disappearing at will. I will probably not return.

Ok so came for the pizza special and it did not disappoint. The food is absolutely brilliant. The service from our waiter Lee Ann seriously excellent. I'm going to have to become a regular!

Although some tables were empty, the staff were extremely busy. Our waiter was amazing, he didn't get one item wrong. The kitchen, I think was a bit overwhelmed as our food took 45 min + to prepare. Yes, we had a specialized dish and such the wait was expected. I however felt that it took longer than the quoted 45min. Overall the vibe was great, the food was good, even though it could have been warmer, and our waiter was great. We'd still come back, maybe just not on a pay day.

Only the 2nd ever Piatto I have been to, and from a single vist it already beats the other hands down. Its a little out of the way for me, but will revisit and check consistency. But its a good store. Above average for a restaurant.

Food was exceptional, staff friendly. When asked about the bathroom, the waiter was kind enough to make sure I know where it will be. Love the specials, other Restaurants can take some notes. Thank you for a lovely evening and experience.

Only had coffee but service excellent. Actually had take aways next door - fish. Same owner. Very good service especially from the owner's daughter who works at both restaurants

Very delightful atmosphere.
Specials are nice not to expensive.
Veggies not tastful. Pumkin has to many hard pieces in.
Spinach tastless need seasoning.

This place is DIRTY! You have to ask for the menu. The table is dirty and cutlery is covered in fingerprints. Long wait for the food and bill. The food you receive looks completely different to that on the specials menu, chips were dry as if reheated, meat was cold and without seasoning, salad ingredients were not washed and also not fresh (brown lettuce and carrots). The white male waiter is lackadaisical and acts childish. Management team can do with training.

We eat there all the time.our go to spot for breakfast, lunch & dinner. I would recommend them.

Made a booking for 5 peoole, they wanted to squish us into a small four seater booth. What is the point of booking? There were 6 seater tables with 2 people seated.

Slow sloppy service. Dull, at best mediocre food and wildly overpriced for another cookie-cutter eatery.

Piatto appears to rely on weekend trade, and service is better then than during the week. Food and pricing remain disappointing.

Waitress said that she would separate the bill as half of the group had to leave early and more people would join later. This was not done.

I will not try another Piatto restaurant again. I have been disappointed too many times, by too many different Piatto branches.

Food and atmosphere was great. However the service was a bit slow. It wasn't even because they were busy.

Great spot for breakfast. If you are into something with a bite try the Prego at lunchtime. Food is of a great standard.

Great food and service. Especially on Tuesday evenings. Pizza's are well worth it and very tasty. Good atmosphere too

After visiting Piatto for so many years, I can truly say that I have only had good food and a wonderful experience there. Passion for food and very friendly staff always makes a meal a true feast.
