The hostess was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Tsiamo was her name. I did not appreciate the way she spoke to us at all. Very bad service and unpleasant.

The sliding door wasn't working when i was there on the 16th October, and they just left it like that, and they just left it like that, never before have i eaten dinner in such cold conditions.hope they've sorted it out!

The breakfast is always good but on Sunday it was a completely different story. Cold plate and egg and bacon and toast. Tomato half cooked. The restaurant wasn't even busy.

Portion sizes are rediculous! Calamari so tough and old, had to send it back! Will definitely reconsider before going there again!

Brownie milkshake was watery. Steak was not cooked to the correct temperature. We ordered pepper sauce and were given cheese sauce. Food is sub-par and service did not feel very welcoming. Do better.

-1 star because the restaurant is very pricy for the quality of service and food they provide
-1 star for each time the waiter got our orders and billing wrong.

Good service and atmospere. Usually there are many specials available daily. There is a large menu to choose from and food is well prepared with good ingredients

We had great time but the waitress called Thando made us to be unsure of whether we should come back again. She forced us to tip her even though we kindly told her that we don't have extra money to tip. She went as far as calling us "ill hearted young people". Other than that our experience was good.

Setting is very nice. Just a pity not all the heaters where working. So rather chilly at the back. Food selection is excellent. Drink service is very slow. Food service excellent and very fast.

Average food, average service. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone but I also wouldn't mind going back.

Had the Bunless Burger and loved it. Service was good, and I am impressed with the venue as you can have meetings or just relax with a bud.

Value for money. Beautiful restaurant, family friendly. The service from the waiters needs a bit of work, no communication, and long wait for your food unless you order pizza.

Excellent service and the food was great. Even when Load shedding hit, it only took a minute or so for the backup generator to kick in

Their fireplace warmed up nicely the tables near it during the cold night. And a relatively generous portion of food.

Always an enjoyable experience. My lady & I had a nice meàl over a beautiful conversation. Best regards to our Waiter, Thabo, thank you for making this a fun moment for us.

Always love going to this place. The service however does get a bit slack at times. Don't know if it's because I am a regular or if new staff are still learning the ropes. But food is always good and atmosphere is great.

Good spot to meet in the morning. Good breakfast menu. Not expensive and value for money. Good space and clean.

Very well priced varieties on menu. Had breakfast. System does not support changes to orders should you decide to use coffee special later.
