Piatto Eastgate

First time at Piatto, went for lunch. Had the Portuguese sirloin with veggies.
It was seriously underwhelming. Not bad enough to send back, not good enough to go there again. Just bland.

On two occasions we had rice that was hard. Seems like it was two different brands mixed. Very plastic

Its a very nice and clean restaurant, situated at the entrance of the mall and easy to find. Their food is verrry affordable and service is good. I loved the place and i would go there again at any given time.

Excellent vibe and friendly staff and super service. Management checking on customers very friendly. Will recommend anytime

Pork Belly Ribs were succulent and tasty. Service is ok, had to keep calling the waitress.

Service was not as good as I expected. I asked a waiter for hot sauce Tobasco. I was given a bottle that was near empty, only a few drop left. I had to ask another waitress to get me Tobasco and explained to her what I just received from her colleague, her response was that she will try to get me another bottle but it's difficult when all the bottles are on the tables used by other customers. So I ask what does that make me. Am I not a paying patron?

This place is great for everyone andthe while family. The stuff is great and the manager is very welcoming and helpful at all times. The place is warm and feels like home. Oh! The food is to die for and the prices are affordable. It's one of my best restaurants.

I celebrated my birthday here, as a foodie I loved their food, their cocktails top notch.
I was expecting a birthday cupcake but didn't get one. Please make our birthdays more special with that 1 cupcake that has lots of cream and a candle.

Loved everything about it, great food, excellent service, good music, the outside are is the best.celebrated my birthday there and it was awesome. Thanks to our waitress Norma who made the experience extra special.

My partner and I sat upstairs. We loved every inch of the interior design.

I would recommend the sirloin and the pasta. The prices were affordable and the food excellently prepared.

Food was good. Service a bit slow and 2 waiters argued among themselves, as to whom was going to serve us. Not pleasant at all.

The food was absolutely delicious and the service is very warm and welcoming with friendly smiles and open faces...
Just be careful of the stairs though. They tend to be a bit slippery on the way down.

Piatto isn't what it used to be. And Eastgate especially cannot make a steak. Everytine I order medium no mater what it comes overcooked.

The breakfast special was awesome and I love their flexibility with swapping mushrooms for bacon

Had a lovely relaxing breakfast. Would recommend to all. Service is great and staff very friendly. Had a wonderful morning.

The waitresses and waiters are very friendly, they are well informed of running specials.

The outside area is a bonus.

The breakfast special is such a great value for money and tastes great. The place is also a great vibe.
