Piatto Farrarmere

Been here a few times now and always happy. Once we were unhappy and the manager immediately came over, asked what is wrong and apologised. Every other time we enjoyed the food, milkshakes, atmosphere and music. The staff are always friendly and ready to serve with advice about the menu etc. Proud to live in this area with such great restaurants around!

Waiter was Rude, and he kept on complaining about the Tip I gave him, he only visited my table once and had to ask other waiters for Drinks. Will never ever see me again. Spur hear I come!

I had a terrible experience with the service from waiters up to the manager. Really don't take pride in their work and manager does nothing about it.
The food took forever and didn't taste well. I was served the wrong drink a couple of times.
The interior design of the place, I must say, is beautiful.
George and Mike should really look into getting their services improved. The usage of phones on the floor while customers wait for service will bring the restaurant down, waiters shouldn't even be standing in groups sharing jokes instead of doing their job. The manager barely interact with customers to ask if they are okay or if they need anything.

This was my first time here. Enjoyed a lovely breakfast with family. The atmosphere was great, the service pleasant and the food, delicious.

Staff had attitudes. Did not come across as if they were in the mood to help us. So we left without ordering

First time I have visited Piatto since Covid. Spinach and butternut still boring veg of day (Jose used to offer variety) and shocking! PLASTIC STRAWS still used. Flies in abundance, noisy but that’s not fault of management. Won’t be back anytime soon

Food had no taste. Waitress came back and said I didn't give her a 10%tip, and that I owed her R20 rand. Which I gave her to make the 10%

Service was slightly slow but the food was awesome. Atmosphere was great and it is a beautiful venue.

New pasta: Bacon Chicken Zucchini Penne was delicious. Hope it would be added to menu permanently.

My husband and I had the worst experience at Piato Farramere. After a long 40 minute wait the halloumi arrived, it was cold & rubbery. Mains (veg pizza) took a further hour to arrive besides the fact that the quality was far below standard. After waiting for our nonexistent waitress we tried bringing this up with management & nothing was done to improve the well below par service and food. We were really looking nice evening out and the evening was definitely ruined.

I guess as one goes to more restaurants and becomes accustomed to other experiences, familiarity breeds discontent. However, I enjoyed it as always.

We don't dine here often but have done so a number of times in the last 3 or 4 years and we are never disappointed. The food, service, prices and vibe are always on point.

THE SERVICE IS ATROCIOUS.tried again today. 8 jul 2022.omg.the waitresses are fighting yelling that you cant hear yourself.one is standing scratching n her eyes which she will use to serve someone"s food.standing at the entrance talking too loud.not a nice piatto. However.cant fault the food.was delicious

Aweful experience. Advertised pricing different to in house. Service slow and unfriendly! Atmosphere none existent. Only choice and tea available as hot drinks. Skip this place!

My date was dropped off in a pumpkin carriage, and looked amazing in her beautiful ball gown. We danced the night away but I could see towards midnight she was growing increasingly anxious. She rushed out leaving one shoe behind and left me with the bill but that's okay because the food was fantastic

I got served gray meat covered in tomato sauce
R215 for food that was cooked only heavenknows how long ago

What an amazing place! Nicolene is one of the best waitresses to date! Always friendly and a beautiful big smile! Food is absolutely delicious! Good play area for little kids.

Best breakfast special. Friendliest waiters in Benoni. Nice space to sit, and great play space for kids. They go out of their way to accomodate you.

My son and his family treated me to a Birthday brunch. Service great and food was delicious. Thanks that was great.
