My wifes Steak was underdone, but overall our experience was great. Food was good, nice atmosphere. Busy and we waited only 40 min for food.

We requested for water and they brought it in dirty wine glasses wiped with a dirty cloth. The resturant itself was dirty. The waitress didnt even wipe the table property. Hygiene is not a prioraty.

What service? Was very empty and still we were left alone. Had to ask for service. Sad as this was a top place to visit. Did not even stay dor our mains.

Personally, The service wasnt great on all 3 occasions I visited the restaurant, we weren't welcomed by warmth, the meals weren't as per all other piattos I've been to, I ordered a long Island, it was hot not not well blended. I love piatto just not the stoneridge restaurant

Used to be a unbeat great looking restaurant. Now it looks a bit run down. Staff is huddled up around the bar all on their phones. No welcome at all

Good service and fast service. Lol It was a bit too far for me so it caught me off guard. Our food took just about ten to fifteen minutes to be ready which I guess could be a good and a bad thing.

We were there at night so we didn't get to enjoy the view but I can imagine that during the day the view by the balcony is pretty stunning.

Always enjoy the service. The live music performance brought beautiful ambiance, though it was a bit loud. It was beautiful though.

Portions are small but food was delicious. Restaurant is dirty and the service is average. The poteguese chicken is a good choice and it was a big portion.

The view of the inner surburbia from the latch balcony area is amazing. The food and staff is also exceptional.

Food and staff were below standard. With Covid as an issue, the bathrooms were well below standard, no toilet paper and not visited the whole day according to the paper on the back of the door.
For the price they charge They are over rated and I will Definitely not return in a hurry

Used to love this place but it's starting to feel very worn out. It is in desperate need of a revamp.

It's grimy, the place is falling apart and you never see the manager.

Note to owner/s and management - visit Piatto Eastgate to get an idea of correct cleanliness protocols and staff demeanor.

Food was good. They have the most awesome view. Restaurant was clean, food was fresh and company was good. What more can one need? Service was available when needed too.

My recent experience was disappointing. My sister's pizza was so dull we had to add salt to it. My steak was bland with lumpy mashed potatoes. I don't know what's going on but the quality of the food was really bad. Paid and left.

They changed their chef from the last time i went there the food was not as ravishing as i was used to
