I'd like to find out if I can collect my laybuy without having my id with me cs I used my sister's id and she nw far frm me and I need to take out my laybuy

Love the shop. Great clothes. Great prices. However the queuing system seems a bit crazy. Always very long queue to pay. Perhaps open the tills on the other floors as well
A dedicated parking bay would also be great.

Top quality clothing at real affordable prices. A huge 3 story building with, men's, woman's and children's clothing. Any and all clothing. Just be prepared to wait in a line.

Too much check up's and security check. Nothing feels degrading like having to be searched after buying

Large variety of bargain and branded clothing at discounted prices. Their exit policy and duplication of security check can be rather frustrating.

A company with so much potential yet it has a very low level of customers service. I was disappointed. Management and owner needs to someting to improve this!

Good clothing range.used to be very good with big range nd well managed but now looks a bit here n there.less staff.

They have many things to offer but they are not getting it right in terms of sizes. One item sometimes will be having a wrong size sticker on it.

Ten min to pay, ten min to exit, prices do not match the quality of goods, they use to be good before, not impressed anymore

Has all clothing brands you can think of at a reasonable price. Catchers for all ages and genders. Has a huge showroom with 4 stories

They need fitting rooms on the middle floor (kiddies wear) and maybe to make a plan with the carrier bags when shopping. Those things get mighty heavy when packed full of clothing and you have to haul it up and down three flights of stairs selection is brilliant though, quality outstanding, and even though the queue to pay looks horrendously long, it goes quickly. The whole family loves Picadilly.

It has beautiful clothes for a good price. Safe parking, you can either use the oriental Plaza parking or just park out side. There's car guards to keep an eye on it.

Long queues, a long process after paying checking what you bought and the exit its far from the counter

Omw from first floor to 4floor is great specials for mom, dad, kids and grannies very affordable.only problem I had is finding a secure parking.

Got variety of brands to choose, that is perfect but I need more variety of good jeans like G star raw, replay, something different from Levi's, Timberland, guess, and lee
