Nice revamp, it was so in need though for a very long time. Love the look. Only qualm 8 have is a wider selection of fresh fruit, not just apples and oranges

Smoke counter and cashiers at tills get 5 stars. However as someone that enjoys the bakery this pnp gets a 1 star. Multiple times I have seen flys and other insects inside opened packets containing baked goods and the baked goods that have been left in the open. I have also gotten sick multiple times from food at this bakery but have left it as sometimes the stuff is really good. Today, however I have had enough after spending 15 minutes waiting to be served all for the lady to say hello and in the MIDDLE of trying to ask for something she decides to start talking to another staff member and walks away. Walked off and went to Woolworths across the street where I won’t get sick and the staff actually have manners. This pnp used to be good do not let the physical appearance fool you, the bakery is a disgrace.

The renovation was done so perfect.
Cooked meal is now 3 times expensive compared to what we used to.
The environment is very healthy

The cashier will always and I mean always ask for me, to be safe just use your card

The recent changes in the store have somehow dropped the quality.the remaining "old" staff are still amazing but the changing of the layout and introduction of new people (most of whom dont have the same warmth as the "old" staff) has left the store much colder.

Very clean, good service and good stock levels. Almost always end up here to do our monthly shopping for the home and business.

Since Johnny (Gen Manager) has come back, the staff are much friendlier and there is order in shop. If you need something that is not available u ask Johnny and i gaurantee he will get it, the last time that was happening is when Gavin was here.

Fantastic shop advisors throughout the store. Right through from the fresh produce, to the clothing section. Efficient, friendly good people only wanting to help make your shopping experience a great one. Thanks PnP Douglasdale Family

Best value for money "hot wings", and delicious too. This store is always busy, but, a nice "buzz". Always well stocked and easy to find your way around. The staff are good. Maybe a little mouse keeping will take it up a notch.

A most appalling experience. Managers like Nelson make the experience disgusting. If you treat customers like criminals because your system made a miscalculation then I will not return to shop here again. It also seems that pensioners are penalised because they are not allowed to get the advertised specials and their pensioners discount. They need to separate their purchase before payment because they can't get both. Nelson spoke very rudely and made it clear that he was not willing to help us.

I generally avoid it. Really needs a refresh. The clothes section just seems pointless and the meat quality isn't great. Everything else is ok.

Hi there was a special saying Krush juse buy two for R50 They said no R35 each I went back to my car to get my cell phone then showed them the email you sent to me They called a manager and I showed him the email and then he said o.k.

Just bought Pick & Pay mushroom soup, that I love and the best you can buy, BUT found a black Hair in it, so Gross. Now I am so disgusted will not buy any ready to eat food again

Its functional, clean, expensive in compared to other options around especially for some essential items.but it's convenient. Management and staff sometimes quite grumpy/aloof.

2 lean and staff well trained. Don't keep you waiting chatting to friends like at Checkers shop rite. Complained to management but goes over their heads.

Unpleasant, painful experience. As a pensioner I feel villified. The manager Nelson shouted at me, because i queried my discount. I cannot get the advertised specials and a pensioner discount.

Wide selection of basic products. Was lucky enough to buy some hand sanitizer from them. Conveniently packed out for all to see. Selection of cooked meals available.

Very busy. Shelves are stocked but toilet paper is at a premium. They should pack shelves at night. Shelf packers take up so much room.

Always well stocked, pleasant helpful staff and would be better than Woolworths across the road at present

Parking always an issue to get at certain times of the day and the variety can always be a bit more.

After going to Checkers (where staff have no idea how to treat customers) it was a pleasure to deal with the pnp staff. Thank you.
