Pizza Hut Appletons Village

My first time seeing a pizza hut that is so Ghetto. dirty and lazy. The manager Orbet - SOME PATHETIC LOOSER WHO LIED ABOUT WHO HE IS WHEN he called me 3 MONTHS later in response to my complaint. did not take accountability- did not like having to replace my meal and said he can't put coldrink because it will "confuse" headoffice. PLEASE STOP HIRING JUST ANYONE TO RUN YOUR FRANCHISES.

The service was great and quick. We got there and found a black Friday special, 3 pizzas for R200 and my nephew was the happiest.

The order was mixed up, BBQ sauce on the Macon and feta with avo on the meat lovers.
Should have been BBQ meat lovers and a Macon, feta, and Avo.

Quality and Service is five start. Pizza toppings are all divine. Staff trained to suggest cost-effective combos.

Very friendly efficient staff, love the pizzas. If you are hungry then pop on in. Lots of parking so it's great.

I do not recommend, they do double payments and don't refund, also no customer service has contacted me in 3+ days from when I lodged the complaint. I want to add a follow up- I've contacted the email provided in the responses from owner and no answer again, shocker.

This is one of the worst branch in South Africa, I wouldn't recommend anyone to order from here.

I have place order last night, still hasn't been delivered and the manager at the branch is useless. I went to the branch to ask for my order last night and she as manager had no clue.

Funny part is not the 1st time. They are useless and need big wake up call.

If opening time is 10am why isnt operational time 10am? We are being told a 40 mins wait to order? Ridiculous no really. Only to have Femi or Getrude she was lying about her name to shout at me over the phone when trying to understand what the hold up is.terrible terrible service, the lack of sympathy for the inconvenience. Off to the Northriding Branch we go

Lovely experience I had at this place, the pizza was full of flavour & hot, I loved it.
The cashier's smile & good customer service made me wanna come back, count me as your regular

Ordered two pizzas online in Ferndale at 16: 34. Was at my house before 17: 00 and I’m a few kms away. Also boxes are sealed and pizzas weren’t sliding here and there and just as hot as if you’d been given them at the counter at the store. Always great pizzas from this branch. Cool staff. Appreciate you guys!

Ordered on a busy Friday (the 4th) through Mr D. I ordered at 18: 14 thinking I'm going to wait at least 50 minutes, imagine my surprise when it was delivered by 18: 43! 29 minutes from placing order to delivery. Anyone with a hungry 8 year old knows how difficult it can be when food takes long. Ordered a large bacon, avo, and feta pizza with the cheesie bites crust. Dough was perfect and the avo was amazing and fresh. I've ordered from them a few times in the past few months and food is always good. Keep it up, I will definitely order from you again. One of only two places in the area that I enjoy the pizza and order from again and again. Sorry for the pic of an almost finished pizza, we couldn't wait to tuck in!

Worst experience ordering here. They don't give you what you ordered. Don't even know how to resolve customer queries, spoke to Gareth the manager who was just clueless on what to do. Don't bother yourself ordering from this PizzaHut

The dinnertime deal is too good to be true. I got more than I expected I loved the pizzas. Definitely coming back.

It was my first time buying from pizza hut and I really enjoyed my pizzas this is now my new favourite spot.

Thales cashier was so welcoming. She saved a lot for me by suggesting a good deal for lunch that is R50. I will definitely pop up again

The service from the cashier was excellent however, the quality of pizza was ordinary at best. In addition, we were given a standard Margarita after having ordered a Hawaiin. I know I won't go back but, my one bad experience should not be used as a reason for others not visiting the store - it is entirely possible it was an aberration.

As a pregnant woman u have cravings so i decided to order from pizza hut i am so disappointed on the avacodo if you gave me it was off. So i wasted my money on this? If it was out of stock why didn't you tell me dan giving me an off avocado

We ordered this pizza this evening. We wanted Meat lover and this doesn’t look anything like that. It’s burnt and dry. I will rather go to Andiccio24

Damn such a good deal they have. It's like R30 for a "small" square pizza and a buddy coke. The crust is sooo good. R30 boss pizza or something like that. It's been keeping me fed for lunch for a couple days now.

I would upload a picture but I eat that thing so fast. So much flavour.

Trouble with their online order system, orders don't get to the store efficiently.
Pizza hut: 1. Speak to your software guys, the Web site allows orders outside of allowed time frames causing confusion. 2. You cannot tell the customer 15mins and display a confirmation on the website, then rely on email to get the order to the store. This is 2021, we have APIs guys
