Service was bad, I sent them an email at 9: 38am when there, they said they did receive.resent at 13: 30pm they still said they haven't received it. I went across the road to jetliner and they got within 5 minutes it was printed.

WORST SERVICE EVER! I was told the parcel arrived at the branch and then they couldn't find it.then miraculously it was located. Never again zero stars.

Of all Postnets, this one has to be the least helpful. I always have to check to see if they have received my parcels and when I do, they ask if I've received an SMS. I never receive Postnet Parktowns SMS's - which is very strange, but my parcels are always there.
So they receive my parcels but dont notify me.and when I ask they respond did you recieve an SMS? Not a goo customer experience.

Where I had a pleasant experience a few months ago with very helpful staff going out of their way to assist, my most recent experience was lacklustre. On contacting the store I was told that they close just after 1700 but not 1730. Their website states 1730. On arriving to fetch my package, it was sitting on the wrong side although clearly marked as FRAGILE with the correct side indicated. They don't have a designated area for the packages. When I asked about it, I was told that the stickers do not matter and that that was how they received the package.

I think they need to start re-analyzing their prices I requested 3 double sided pages printed out and a scan of the document only to be told that it was R30. I left to PostNet Melville who charged me R1.50 per page as well as the scanning. HUGE difference!

I Called on the 11th to ask if my parcel had been delivered and I was told it wasn't. The person on the phone said they'd send an sms to inform me once the parcel had been delivered.i called again on the 20th and I was told the parcel had been delivered on the 9th. Yet they claimed it hadn't been delivered on the 11th when I called. The person on the phone was rude and when I went to collect my parcel after I had called they were even more rude. All of them claimed to have never spoken to me over the phone and surprisingly my parcel wasn't there. A few hours after they said it was there.

After a long wait, with them claiming I'm a fraud, they miraculously found it.
