4Please do not make use of this scammer, he took the money and never finished the job.always a story as to when he will finish and never stick to it. Then he doesn't have money for material and then no money for petrol. Then his car broke down. SCAMMER SCAMMER
I agree with the other reviews. Do not use Billy Marowa's company. The workmanship is very poor. We will have to redo the whole job. We paid in advance - the job was not finished. At first Billy agreed to come and finish and fix the problems - then he stopped communicating and did not come. He is now ignoring our attempts to communicate and find a solution through a refund. This is a very distressing financial setback for our family.
Please do not make use of them, they take your money start and don’t finish the work and never come back
