Absolutely disgusted as part of essential services iv been waiting at there depo 3 hrs so far.just for for a paper to say I can take my product that is paid for with proof.immediate payment.poorly managed poor communication

Time consuming. Slow. Unorganized. Bad. The service seems not to improve, but infact it is worse. Waiting time 3hours!

They don't answer their phones and don't reply to emails. Don't waste your time - find another supplier.

The service is purely disgusting. The lady made me feel like she was giving me their products for free. From taking calls from her friends while I stood there to laughing when I didn't understand what she was saying.

Service has deteriorated to practically non existent from tech assistance point of view over the many years we have dealt with them. Worse than pathetic. Collections process very very very bad. Don`t deserve to be in business. Wish I could give minus stars!
