This is the worst clinic ever!
The staff are horrible to all patients and treat people with contempt! People are treated like the scum of the earth here.

I went to the clinic on 23 August 2023 for my 3rd visit since I discovered that my hypertension is high, but to my surprise no pumping was done I was just given pills and told to come on 15 November I found it very disappointing as I would have liked to know if if my condition is well controlled or not

My daughter has a chickenpox, so I went there hoping to get a better help.nurses were nice until they heard that she has a chickenpox, they ran away, we were given medication outside their consultation room! Nothing was written/recorded on that file, they said they'll complete it after.that's how great they are

No stars at all…. Worst clinic ever, the white nurse was so racist. Started screaming at us from the beginning and what’s worse is that she is the psyc nurse. At the end she tells her fellow nurses that she won’t talk to us.
SHE WAS SO RACIST AND SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE.

Visiting there was an awesome the place is so welcoming and clean. And the staff are so generous

At this clinic you sit here from 8am, with the hope to be help. You sit here see how people that arrived after you been helped. If you are help eventually and it's after 12 they refuse to give you a sick note to present to your employer.

If you are not helped before 4pm they will tell you sorry we are closing come back tomorrow. They are rude and they speak to you like you know nothing. They do not have respect for the medical practice.

I really hope that someone will do something about this clinics service. It's people's lives that is been playing with.

Waiting time incredibly long. 5 hours to see the doctor. Very impatient and rude woman working in dispensary. Government should do investigation regarding competence at this clinic. There are staff working there ranging from excellent to absolutely incompetent. Sick people need to find alternative treatment as they may just die waiting on dirty broken benches outside.
Incorrect antibiotic was given to adult to stop infection (wrong dosage prescribed, which was for a child) patient passed away.

Very Rude admin, nurses. Admin staff behave like children. I wish the Ministry can fire all of them and hire new admin officer's and nurses. They are the worst clinic in Pretoria. They treat older citizens like children

It doesn't deserve any star at all. Even if you can be nr 1 on the line but you'll go home after 10 then the second person will have to wait for the nurses to come back from tea that'll probably take an hour. So imagine if you're the 10th person on the line, do you think you'll get help. Everything there is disgusting and not fair to the community at all.

Terrible. Have been here since 10 and almost two o clock and not have been help.
Since 10 no one will ask why I haven't been help. Going to complain also by Department of Health

My wife left Clinic in Jack Hindon street in tears as this huge black doctor shouted at her for having a private script and referral letter from our old dr and said they don't accept that

This guy didn't even wear his mask that's why people think it's ok not to wear masks as the people who are suppose to wear masks don't

Will report clinic and this dr to the health department

The amount of support I got from this clinic today is absolutely amazing. Thank you all so much for everything. I'll never forget what you all did for me. My God bless each of you

The staff working there think they are doing people favors by attending to them, you will wait for 4 hours before getting unsatisfactory help there. Nurses will be sitting there at the back chatting. They just don't care I think they just come to work to get paid only. They are on the wrong field all of them from the admin staff to the doctors. I guess they are all students on training

Very unhelpful and rude personnel at the gate. Instead of listening, just keeps repeating that you dont know how to talk then fights with you for taking long. Hands down worst clinic in pretoria

It was horrible horrific I was sitting there for about 3 hours not being helped I eventually went back home without being helped the people I came before got helped while I wasn't helped no doctor even bothered asking if I was helped or not these doctors dont know what they doing they should be fired and their medical license should be taken because they dont care about patients. I seriously wouldn't recommend this place because they won't even bother helping you

I'm at the clinic at the moment apparently can't be help because I put an implant at hartebeespoort I was told to go there to report my issues concerning the implant.
